Worked there and can't seem to get paid my wages for my last couple of days.

This is the WORST place to work. Was working as a General Manager for 3 months. My Aera manager always called me on my off days and asked me to go to the restaurant. He started asking me to work 7 days a week, when I demanded a written email, hanged the topic. 24th Dec was my last day. Left the keys in the office, never informed anyone, never came back enjoyed my Christmas and New Year. My Aera manager could not stop calling me. Replied to his call on 6th Jan. Stay away all the top bosses in the corporate are aware of this slavery. No use of complaining.

There number listed is wrong and after googling and calling,they have no number to get ahold of them.i suggest u either get ahold of me srp over false advertising new hire bonus,put it on my next check.or imma call all srp ihops talking to servers and find out how many never saw there 200 new hire bonus and get em all to join in on lawsuit against yall.

I have left so many voicemails and have been calling but it seems like this company is never available. Don’t work for them, because when you have an issue this is obviously how they treat their employees.

I visit this superb place from time to time since I like the special atmosphere that is unique to this place. The crew is highly friendly and skilfull. The service is impressively rapid. Most important, the food they prepare is perfect. I frequent often and I was always joyful. The pay is decent. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

On 3/7/2020 at 11:45am we received a roast turkey sandwich with a complete old banana peel with still a partial banana portion under our Sandwich. I never received call from owner as I requested. The state found 8 health violations and they have many more complaints regarding lack of cleanness from other customers. While all this is happen with a new virus you would think they would be more careful. I have pic for anyone who wishes to view the disgusting plate served.

Impeccable service

Normally when law enforcement is called to rectify problems, I normally ask what did the customer do.Today, I am singing a different song.I went in to Ihop at 3101 Oakland park blvd, ordered what I normally did and 1st I got my water in a dirty glass, then i got my food which was missing one of the main things. Missing bacon on a sandwich that is made with bacon (not an add on I requested), I asked for my sandwich to be remade, which was done. Then, I checked the sandwich it had 1 piece of bacon when it originally comes with 6 slices (stated in the menu). I called over the waiteesshand asked her to have them fix it, she said "I'll get my manager, he's right there".I watched her bring the food to him, he stood there and laughed and played with the employees instead of doing a table touch to see if I needed another sandwich or just to apologize for the issues.I asked to waitress to speak to the ma ager, she returned to my table to tell me "the manager left".Of course, I was shocked by this and we kept sitting there s the other people in my party weren't done. I told them, if I can't get a manager I'll call the corporate office which I did. While I was on the phone with corporate, I looked up and there comes 4 police officers coming to escort me, my friend and 2 kids out of a breakfast spot that I frequently visit.And, apparently corporate gave the ok to "trespass" us.This is very poor customer service, and very poor handling by a corporate office. No one was acting loud and belligerent or even rude, there was no event that warranted the police to be called.I will be taking this further.
