I really wanted to like this place because the staff was so friendly, but I have serious concerns about food safety here. It is a kiosk in the mall, and despite there being almost no customers seated, the conveyor belt was completely full with zero gaps. This suggests the food is just cycling around unrefrigerated for hours rather than being made fresh.
My husband and I each grabbed a plate with raw fish; both were room temperature and the avocado on his roll tasted rotten. The pricing is also high ($$7-$8 per plate), especially for sushi that isn't fresh.
Since I am now feeling sick the day after eating here, I cannot recommend it. If you do visit, do not take anything off the belt.
Photos included, the belt is much longer than the little bit in my photo. If you look at the background you can see part of the bar-like seating with no people and lots of sushi. The only other people at the place were behind me and I didn't want to photograph them.
I don't think I've ever posted a negative review before. No way would I eat here again.

Situated in the middle of the sawgrass mall, the atmosphere is the sound of families, friends, children, and sometimes even pets all talking and sounding off at once. The food itself is good sushi, it isn’t the greatest sushi on earth, nor is it the worst sushi ever made. Its average sushi for someone looking for a quick sushi fix. In no way am I saying the sushi is bad, its actually good considering the situation of the constant making and producing of sushi rolls, maki, and sashimi. Overall it’s quite an average sushi place, but in no way bad and if you’re looking for a decent place with decent prices for sushi, this is the place for you!

This sushi restaurant offers one of the most unique dining concepts I’ve experienced — a conveyor belt that brings a variety of sushi dishes right to the customers seated around the countertop. It’s incredibly convenient and adds a fun, interactive twist to the meal.
The sushi selections are truly exceptional and unlike what you’d find in a typical sushi restaurant. There are several creative and unique dishes that make every visit exciting. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
The owner is constantly present, extremely friendly, and very accommodating. You can tell they take great pride in the restaurant and in making sure every guest has a great experience. The service overall is excellent.
I’ve returned several times and will definitely continue to frequent this spot. Its location in the middle of the Sawgrass mall rotunda between Burlington and Rain Forest Cafe. Makes it easy to find — you can’t miss it. Highly recommended for anyone who loves sushi or wants to try something new!

Is very slow the service and getting the check and all that. The food was really good. I enjoy everything I get today . Apple Maps and Google maps is very confusing searching for this place but is in the middle of the building. I like the system. Very Japanese I enjoy the coffee and the dessert
