Not to mention waiting forever half the time my order is missing items and when asked about it they need a receipt and treat you like your trying to steal a taco

Order 2 bean burritos with beef added, no onions for $7.58. I also order 3 crunchy tacos, a chicken soft taco for a total of $21.25. To get home to eat and my burritos order is totally wrong. After traveling to this location just to be totally disappointed. My burritos they made had no beans, no cheese and onions that I specifically gave them how I wanted the burritos. Tried calling, no answer so now I have to ride all the back at 10:52pm.

I came to this taco bell on University around 8pm and waited in drive thru for about 5 minutes which isnt super crazy but still. Food was ready once I got to the window. I used the app to make a mobile order and redeem a free hot tier reward which was the cheesy bean and rice burrito and also a double stacked taco with sour cream. The order was clean so there wasn't food all over the bag or rapper and also the food was nice and hot and order correct. The lady in front of me was told not to drive up to window which I assume is to save face with how fast they are getting people through so I really didn't like that because there was a long line I have otherwise no complaints for this order today though.

I got a last minute response on a order I asked at the window if I can order it I was informed that I canāt do that so I came inside and the lady had and an attitude listen if you donāt like the work there not my problem. All I ask was a simple question and I got an attitude for it because I couldnāt order out the window and I said I apologize. Is it possible to add an order I was still gonna pay for it so I had to waste my time getting off the car to go to the register and they are already trying to charge me so that means they couldāve done that from the window

Poor experience I went there got a number 6 and asked for meat and cheese only and they gave me everything and the lady was otp with her boyfriend in the window not paying attention I called the store manager did not do anything but said do u want to come back no sorry nothing I also asked for a soft taco gave me a hard taco it was around 6:30 pm/7pm
