I got a last minute response on a order I asked at the window if I can order it I was informed that I can’t do that so I came inside and the lady had and an attitude listen if you don’t like the work there not my problem. All I ask was a simple question and I got an attitude for it because I couldn’t order out the window and I said I apologize. Is it possible to add an order I was still gonna pay for it so I had to waste my time getting off the car to go to the register and they are already trying to charge me so that means they could’ve done that from the window

Poor experience I went there got a number 6 and asked for meat and cheese only and they gave me everything and the lady was otp with her boyfriend in the window not paying attention I called the store manager did not do anything but said do u want to come back no sorry nothing I also asked for a soft taco gave me a hard taco it was around 6:30 pm/7pm

I was here last night waiting in 22 minutes for my food. I asked him what's going on. The black girl in the back she was the manager started mouthing off to me like I was her friend or something. Disrespectful in every way. And I said it shouldn't take 22 minutes for three items at Taco Bell. I mean I can literally sit down at a restaurant and get my food faster than this. They were all on their phones not doing anything at all. It feels like you're walking into the ghetto in this place. Also I want to note when I was there there was another person waiting for like 25 minutes for their food. And another person waiting 20 minutes for their food. It's a fast food restaurant. The manager needs to do something whoever owns this place needs to fire these people I will never go back to this restaurant

This place is horrible. I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for my order. The manager she's sitting in the office playing on the phone the other girls talking on her phone only one person working. Then when I complain how long is taking she starts mouthing off to me I got orders everywhere I said I've been sitting here for 25 minutes this is not a restaurant it's a fast food restaurant. Disgusting in every way will never come back. Management needs to do something about this

Never have I ever heard someone at a drive thru greet you with “hi, there is a wait so I don’t know how long it will take to get you your food”. Are you trying to drive people out of the line? Cause they did a job well done for that. I had made a mobile order and was already stuck. Even with the mobile order they made me do the drive thru lane twice to “reset” their timer because my food wasn’t ready. Disappointed barely begins to cover this experience.

I visited Taco Bell on 10/14/24 and had a disappointing experience at the drive-through. After placing a simple order, the employee rushed me out of the line to "reset" their timer and instructed me to park and pick up my food inside. The whole point of using the drive-through is for convenience, especially since I have a mobility disability, making it difficult to get in and out of my vehicle. This was very inconvenient and frustrating. I expect better service and consideration for customers with disabilities.
