Not sure what kind of mickey mouse establishment would leave untrained employees to run a store without a manager but what a literal joke this place is...

Drive thru attendants are extremely friendly depending on who you get.Update 11/7/23:Going from five stars to one!I went through the drive thru at 7pm as I often do and ordered a Burrito Supreme for $6 rounded up for school charities. I was not given a receipt as is usually the case. I never needed one before tonight. It felt a little light, and I decided to park and eat it because I was very hungry. I noticed that there was hardly any meat and very little cheese and no sour cream whatsoever. I ate it because sometimes the sour cream is hiding in the last bite. But no. I am the guy who never complains or returns food, but for six dollars it was the size of a bean burrito off the dollar menu and was made wrong. I went in to ask for a remedy but since I had no receipt, only an empty bag, and no half eaten burrito, I was not offered any remedy. The manager was very rude to me even though the drive thru attendant who gave me the order obviously recognized me. I asked if it was their policy to always give the receipt and he said I wasn't your cashier and he couldn't get me a replacement because he didn't prepare my food and I had already eaten it. I asked for my receipt then at least and he refused. I asked for the store number and he refused. I asked for his name and he told me it is Jose B.He told me to call 1-800-tacobell and walked away from me. I called and of course they are closed. So I am writing this review to let everyone know that you should always make sure to get a receipt because you never know when you might need it.The manager Jose B. Needs a refresher course in hospitality.
