This location is always slow. I waited 18 min to get my food with 5 cars in the drive thru. The food is priced higher than any location in the area because it's at Sawgrass. Also they don't follow any of the prices deals you see on TV. Avoid this location

As a food service worker myself, this taco bell is really disappointing. The employees are rude and have zero customer service and no interest in doing the bare minimum. It’s incredible how they respond to please with so much attitude. Special thanks to the light skinned guy with a mask at the window on December 9, 2024 at 8:55PM for giving the most pathetic service he could possibly muster. Glad he left out my chalupa and convenient he forgot to put the receipt too. He also told us to reverse and move forward to meet his quota time. Do yourself a favor and go to a different place.
I ask very respectful if the employees at this location, knows what does quality means. First, my order was not accurate, even when I was extremely sure to verify my order twice before I submitted, never received a freeze that I ordered, second, I was really surprised when an employees drop a bag of nachos, and the other co workers saw him placing that bag of nachos that felt to floor inside customers bag smiling like nothing. If he did it with a bag of nachos, I can't imagine what else he dare to do. What if it is him or a family member the one that receive that service? This young guy should never work in a restaurant.

I went through the drive through, the worker forgot to charge me for something and asked me to go through the entire line a second time to charge me $3 so I could get my meal. I was then stuck behind a complaining customer and lost an additional 10 minutes. After all of this she didn’t even apologize or thank me for patience nope. She said nothing and stuck out her card reader before shoving the bag at me.
