The worst customer service ever. The system went down so of course the order took for ever but they couldn’t manage the delay. Don’t know how to manage emergency They asked me five times what is the name of the order and they didn’t care at all.

Came to get my last cheat meal before I start a diet and I had to run to leave a review bc the staff was so friendly from the drive thru!!! And the food was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in yearssss. I’m based in Orlando and they are not like this location

I walked in and waited at the counter and watched as there was no one working at the counter taking orders. Drive through worker looked at me a few times and never acknowledged me or said they'd help me soon. They were confused over orders and 1 man walked in behind me and complained because they gave him the wrong food. I ended up walking out and going somewhere else. Poor service lost my business.
