This place is an absolute joke. Don't spend your money here and spend it on better quality food. The woman was rude and swore up and down that I could not have plantains when all the other times I was allowed to have them with my combo. Also, the so called Lo mein is just spaghetti noodles with no sauce at all and is flavorless. The chicken is dry in the sense that the woman did not add extra juice and also most of my meat being the bourbon chicken was burnt and by the end of cutting up all my meat I really didn't even have any to eat cause it was either burnt or I had bad pieces of chicken . It would also be nice to have the veggies that you forced me to choose to be in bite size pieces and not a whole piece, how do you expect me to cut all this with crappy plastic utensils.

Rudest people I have ever seen in the restaurant business. Don’t patronize either side of this place. They try to act like 2 businesses but are only one. If you address a problem, they take up for the rude employee. They act like the customer has upset them.

I LOVE the food here! It's cooked fresh right in front of you and the teriyaki sauce is delicious. Employees were nice to me on my visit and the amount of food you get is worth it compared to competing companies at this food court.

Been here 3x. Order the same 2 meat and noodles everytime. First time paid 16 plus, second time paid 15 plus. Today paid 12.99. So I been getting ripped off the whole time. Disgusting trash mfs

The food is good and fresh and quick service, but too expensive to be in a food court. $45 x 2 combos (fried rice, Orange chicken, shrimps) x 1 drink - they do not offer refill they wanted to charge you $1.5 for medium size drink. Better to go to a proper restaurant.

The owner/mgr and his workers are liars and cheats who couldn’t care less about their customers. First, when I ordered at The Oriental Eatery I specifically asked if I could get a refill on the Coke purchased. The cashier said I could get one refill. So when I go up to get my one refill she says that will be $1.50. She said she never told me I could get a refill. So I asked for the manager (which is the owner/mgr of this place) and told him what happened. He looked at me and said she never said that. He did not even ask her what transpired or what she said which tells me they do this all the time. The owner/mgr is the most unfriendly guy you could ever find in a service industry. The noodles were also dry and rubbery but that is another issue. i would never recommend this place to anyone. There is a reason they have a 1.9 rating.
Bed service. Personal too RUDE. Do not visit this eatery. the management do not respond to the improvement of the quality of services and to consumer complaints.
