The menu is really full of options. We were in a group of 6 and food was OK. Portions are big and could be shared. The cold brew I ordered came with a lot of ice and just a little bit of coffee. Waiting line was about 20-30 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and I must commend the service we received. I’m so sorry I can’t recall our waitress’s name, but she truly went above and beyond. She kept our drinks topped off and was attentive without being intrusive, even noticing when our napkins ran low. The food was absolutely delightful, and I appreciated how quickly everything came out, especially for a busy Sunday at the mall. It made our time there all the more enjoyable.

Food was good as it is usually expected in a chain. Our server took some time to warm up, her initial approach appeared to be as if bothered when asking if the water served was filtered. Not giving a greater score because this chain restaurant has a trend of not keeping the rest rooms well attended.

We were 3 families with kids, 14 people in total. The variety of food offerings was huge and everyone found something they enjoyed. The food was delicious and portions were large. The only concern was the service. The waitress was nice but the food came out inconsistently. First about 4-5 dishes came out. Then 5 min later a few more, and so on. It took a while for everyone to finally get their food. I understand that it’s hard to time everything perfectly, but the large restaurant was not so busy at the time, and it’s uncomfortable to watch other people at your table eating while you still don’t have your food, or watching their food get cold as they wait for everyone to be served. So I think an area of improvement for this restaurant would be try to try bring all the meals to the table at the same time. And getting the bills was a painfully long wait while we had to deal with many tired kids who just wanted to go home. So yes we will be back, the food was great, but if the owners are reading this, please try to work on better accommodating large groups and you will get happier customers.

Always a good time at the Cheesecake Factory. They have a large menu with large lunch portions. We had Jose was our waiter today and he was awesome! I ordered the flatbread and salad for lunch. Delicious!

There was a long queue because it was the weekend, but other than that, the food was very good and the portions were large, we were satisfied.

Food wasn’t terrible but I just had high expectations and it didn’t meet them. It took so long for the mains to come and when it did come they were wrong, we had to wait for them to remake them. Not terrible but not what I expected.

We always enjoy Cheesecake Factory at Sawgrass Mall location. Great servers, great location and food is almost always spot on. The complimentary bread is usually a 50/50 chance of being good or rock hard/overcooked. When they get very busy then the delays can be annoying from waiting to be seated, served and then after placing an order it could take 30 minutes before you get your food. I always prefer going to Cheesecake Factory for lunch right when they open so I get the best service and it's not overstimulating with the crowds that can be very overwhelming during afternoon and evenings. Thai chicken salad is their best item on the menu.

Cheesecake factory at sawgrass mills in sunrise has been serving quality food and dessert for over 30 years. The menu is always ridiculously large and so.much to choose from so depends on your mood .. the cheesecake is the star of the show of course .

Terrible, warm draft beer and orange juice that they said was natural, but it wasn't. We ordered other drinks that didn't come. We paid the bill, and the food that belonged to the next table arrived.

The response provided does nothing to repair what happened, only apologies and that I come back and have a new experience, but who bears the expenses?
