The place is very warm, the dishes are abundant, the service is good, the food is very good, I recommend ordering any of their cheese cakes since they are all delicious!
You park at the shopping center, no reservation is necessary.

Always love this spot. Classic cheesecake factory at Sawgrass Mills is always a nice getaway with family or friends from the classic mall adventure. It's so close to everything at the mall however that it's easy to transition between places. The waiters are trained very well at this location and the overall atmosphere is just awesome. Whether you're going for a sweet dish, a fancy night with a date, or overall just want to spend a little more money, this spot is always perfect.

Note: Don't expect this place to be the best option for healthy food (even with their skinilicious menu)

On Monday 11/25/2024 I had dinner here, since I was alone I asked to sit at the bar, I was served by a man whose name I don't remember, he is thin with long hair with a ponytail, I ordered a beer and a Louisiana chicken, he offered me bread but they never brought it to me, the people next to me were brought it twice, I tried to tell this man that they hadn't brought it to me but it was impossible, he never paid attention to me, the same thing happened to me with the beer, I tried to order a second beer and he never paid attention to me, I finished eating my chicken without any kind of drink, at that moment I managed to get him to serve me when he came to take away the plate, I asked for a water and he walked all over the place before bringing my water, it really is the worst service experience I have ever had, they should supervise and correct this person, thank you

IF I HAD REMEMBERED TO TAKE PICTURES I WOULD BE POSTING THEM RIGHT NOW. First off I called ahead to place a to go order that would be ready for when I arrive. I live 30 minutes away and I was put on hold the entire time. I was still on hold when I entered the premises. The female bathroom was horrendous. There was toilet paper all over the floor, the toilet seat covers were all over the floor, there were 3 stalls that didn't have toilet paper. So I was stuck in a stall that had no toilet paper. Yes, that's on my fault for not checking before I shut down to do my business, but I mean, I shouldn't have to check in a facility like this. It should be always full of toilet paper. I went in told someone that it needed to be done and they gave me the look that it pretty much wasn't a high priority.

So instead of having my order ready for me when I get there with a call ahead of time. I had to place the order there and wait and also witness a disgusting bathroom. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

So disappointed in this facility and the person that spoke with me at the restaurant on Saturday 11/23/24 @11:30 am. My manager called on Friday to make a reservation and was told to come in early and reserve when they open at 11:30. We arrived 11:35 and requested a reservation for 18 to 20 people for noon and was told that they couldn’t do it. I asked the lady why. She said because they did not have the staff until about 1:30. I said it would have been nice if we were informed of that when we made the call concerning the reservation, the lady said nothing, and didn’t even acknowledge my comment. I gave the lady our phone number and name for the reservation and to this day, Monday 11/25/24, I still have not received a call concerning being on the list for 1:30. I am a huge fan of cheesecake factory, but this was a big turn off. Not sure when I’ll be back. This place is busy and it’s holiday time and for certain it’ll be crowded. Most times when calling for reservations - about how many, time, etc. If those questions were asked initially, this all could have been avoided and our Friendsgiving wouldn’t been messed up.
