I came here with my family a few weeks ago and it was such a great experience! Our first waitress took our appetizers and drinks and was very sweet. Her shift ended before she could take our entrée and then our second waitress came and she was just as sweet! I didn't get their names but honestly everyone there was very kind. The recommendations that they gave us were perfect! The mocktails are a 10 out of 10!!! (shout out to the bar tender!) The only thing I could say is that because of the location it is PACKED so expect long wait times if you go on a weekend. Parking was harsh but thats Sawgrass to be honest. We parked in the garage near the Oasis movie theater. Other than that this location is doing an amazing job.Kid-friendliness: Great options for children, they get their own menu!

FYI, I meant to post this yesterday. I visited the CCF; FYI I'm a former 10 year employee. I placed a take out order. My order took over 35 minutes. The MOD (old guy w/glasses response was), "you came at busy time." Is this acceptable business practice? I know former employees who are now managers go far and beyond this individual.Unacceptable.Piss poor management on him. Please share this with your management team.

Disgraceful!! Watch out for this location. Total ripoff going on at this location Was charged 3 times my actual bill. Food was burnt and found a hair in the other entree. Nightmare dealing with the managers at this location as well as corporate. Ready to file a police report for fraud on my credit card. Very disappointed !!!

I have always liked this Chessecake Factory Restaurant a lot for years and I wanted to eat at this one that I found in the Zawgrass shopping center... but they have lost quality in the service, horrible... I spent more than an hour just drinking Pepsi because of the heat and waiting for it to happen. They brought me a pizza and a hamburger with a tamale with salad and cream...when the food arrived, the pizza looked like a flip-flop because it was so cold and I had to send it to be changed...and thank goodness I looked at the receipt because it arrived for more than 100 dollars And they charged her double, and they had to correct that... terrible service at that Sunrise Restaurant, next time I prefer to look for another option other than Chessecake Factory.
