Horrible customer service. The lady at the cashier was very rude when serving me. The ribs have no flavor they just put sauce on top. The yellow rice has no taste. The steak is dry and hard to chew it tastes like meat that was threw on the grill with no flavor. The lady at the cashier didn't explain to me that the meal didn't come with a side when the menu clearly says "comes with a side". And when I asked her about it she just said that "you ordered it and didn't know". She doesn't know how to work there and shouldn't be working there. Never going to eat there ever again. I would give no stars but I can't.

Very, very bad service at the sawgrass mill, I asked for a service that they did not give me, and when I complained, a lady from mommy took care of me, so I asked that they please make my meat a little more because it was raw, she got upset, it took them 15 minutes to return it to me burned!
