Wanted to have a donut like shown with syringe of filling but the staff didn’t speak English enough to understand when I asked for one- as none in the showcase look like the google listing- settled for plain chocolate glaze, I took 1 bite & so did husband & we threw it away. The donut was terrible, dough had tough texture, icing was stale. Was hoping to love them. A $5. waste. Fortunately we knew to try 1 before buying a dozen to take home.

Hello! I stop by to say that these donuts are very delicious, there was a lack of variety for it being a Sunday almost at noon, I would have liked to have more flavors. This only tells me that those donuts were not of the day, I am sure that fresh, freshly made they must be much more delicious, the line was a little messy and only one person placing the orders, because the wait is slow to satisfy a simple craving .

The Smart Donut kiosk looked very tempting while I was shopping at Sawgrass mall. So I bought a doughnut. It was huge and looked great but it was not as tasty as it looked.
Buyer beware, they look a lot better than they taste. I don't think the donuts are made at the mall and the taste Definitely isn't fresh. Very over priced donut as well, salty donut has much better donuts for a similar price

Amazing little gem located in the west end of the Sawgrass Mall. I stumbled upon it after coming from Its Sugar and they did not disappoint. I got the Pirouline vanilla iced donut- a vanilla iced donut with nutella, hazelnut pirouline and crushed golden Oreos and the Berries donut- a vanilla iced donut with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and a white chocolate drizzle. Super delicious. The customer service wasn't the best but the donuts were great.

went there to get a donut after a long day of working in sawgrass. was greeted a man who was rude to me for absolutely no reason.. i did nothing but ask him for a togo box. he then starts to ask if im american and tells me that american people dont ask for boxes after asking for a donut ?im sorry but who ever asks a costumer that? he then goes into a whole rant about it JUST BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A TO GO BOX. i was being nothing but nice to him. on top of that, when i went to go pay my total was $4.84, i gave him a $5 bill and he gives me only 10 cents back and says "i dont have the rest of the change, maybe next time" this is literally the absolute worst costumer service ive ever received in my life. i will definitely never be coming back here ever again. absolutely ridiculous.
