The Smart Donut kiosk looked very tempting while I was shopping at Sawgrass mall. So I bought a doughnut. It was huge and looked great but it was not as tasty as it looked.

Buyer beware, they look a lot better than they taste. I don't think the donuts are made at the mall and the taste Definitely isn't fresh. Very over priced donut as well, salty donut has much better donuts for a similar price

A word of the wise to the owner, if you are the bold rude guy who joke with your neighbor friends from behind the counter, maskless consequently spitting on the products, make yourself a favor and hire the right person that will help growth your business.

Amazing little gem located in the west end of the Sawgrass Mall. I stumbled upon it after coming from Its Sugar and they did not disappoint. I got the Pirouline vanilla iced donut- a vanilla iced donut with nutella, hazelnut pirouline and crushed golden Oreos and the Berries donut- a vanilla iced donut with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and a white chocolate drizzle. Super delicious. The customer service wasn't the best but the donuts were great.
went there to get a donut after a long day of working in sawgrass. was greeted a man who was rude to me for absolutely no reason.. i did nothing but ask him for a togo box. he then starts to ask if im american and tells me that american people dont ask for boxes after asking for a donut ?im sorry but who ever asks a costumer that? he then goes into a whole rant about it JUST BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A TO GO BOX. i was being nothing but nice to him. on top of that, when i went to go pay my total was $4.84, i gave him a $5 bill and he gives me only 10 cents back and says "i dont have the rest of the change, maybe next time" this is literally the absolute worst costumer service ive ever received in my life. i will definitely never be coming back here ever again. absolutely ridiculous.

Today I made the line to grab a donut for my daughter. As one young gentleman was ringing up the lady in front of me, the other gentleman began serving the person behind me who happened to be a security guard for the mall. I thought nothing of this and waited while they went ahead and charged the gentleman behind me. The gentleman then proceeded to serve the two ladies behind me. I told him that he had skipped me. Instead of stopping and serving me, he went ahead and continued to serve the two ladies with a large order and even proceeded to check them out. This is a terrible business being run by two young inexperienced people. I will never shop at this stand again.Sent from my iPhone

the donuts were good and very photogenic. but I guess I expected more for the price! the syringe is small and the only filling in the donut is what you shoot into it.
