My first time there today. Enjoyed the atmosphere, and they have a decent selections of Cigars. That being said. in my 35 years of smoking and going to different lounges all over, I never had a person follow and go inside with you while you pick your Cigars. Felt very uncomfortable, she does that with everyone that buys a Cigar there. Too weird. Not good business. just saying. if there's a lot of theft, invest in a camera. Geez. Other then that I thought the place is nice.

Stay away from this place .........for a thousand reasons ... The owner treats it like a little kids club house ....a VERY immature guy ! And based off my experiences VERY bad place to hang out . Do t waste your time ....

Extremely relaxing vibe. Wide variety of cigars and wine. Everyone that visits speaks and some gives hugs when they come in. Feels like you’re family here. The music is tasteful and not too loud where it over powers your conversation. Looking for a place to relax and enjoy a nice cigar…this is the place.

This is a VERY WELCOMING spot.. The owner George was BEYOND friendly and the members were VERY NICE... I found dis spot by Googling and it was a GREAT CHOICE...... LOVE DIS SPOT

This cigar lounge happened to be the last place I could find a box of limited edition Tatuaje cigars online. When I saw it was a cigar lounge I was afraid I was going to pay lounge prices but the total was hardly over MSRP. I ended up calling them just to make sure their website was up to date and they were happy to check for me and told me all about the cigar. Excellent customer service, if I lived near this lounge I would be a frequent visitor.

The Burnt Leaf Lounge is a staple in my cigar lounge rotation. George, Pedro, and Will are all amazing hosts, and amazing people. No matter who is there when I go, they treat me and my friends like we’re family. They have been like that from the very first time I visited. Their humidor is fantastic. Besides having everybody’s go to sticks, they have a vast variety of craft and boutique cigars that you may not see in other lounges that only stock catalog cigars. Besides the staff being so welcoming and helpful, the other patrons also greet everyone that walks in and says goodbye when either they leave or when others leave. It’s truly a welcoming and comfortable environment from the second you walk in to the second you leave. If you’re looking for a little escape from whatever it is you’re trying to escape, or if you’re just looking for a comfortable place to smoke a great cigar and watch a game or have great conversations, The Burnt Leaf Lounge is the spot.

I was definitely not loud at all!!!
After I have moved from the spot where I have been sitting at first,because of the loud customers , basically screaming,about politics for well about an hour, I have started watching video on my phone, that haven't been anywhere close to the loud sounds they have been producing!!!! And it was out of frustration that they have been so loud!!!Yet, you have been within 30 seconds on my table asking me to lower the volume, but you were ok with them screaming for more than an hour.Even thought my phone was nowhere loud as they were, and,let's be clear,I was not playing music ,but watching a documentary!My response was ,ok bring me my bill! No screaming,no arguing. Once I decided I will finish my other half of the cigar and not spoil my day even more, by wasting the cigar, I just paid for.I wanted to order one more drink,to which you replied that you won't serve me, and I am not allowed to come back,because I have not given you a tip! Giving you a tip is my decision!!! You are the first person I have not tip! It was because of your horrible service! Tip is an option ,if the customer feels you did a good job,he/she will give you a tip.It is not mandatory!!!The worst part is, that you are such a liar!!! I have not argued with anyone,I was not hostile nor entitled,I have brought my book and notepad trying to relax! While your friends were loudly talking about politics. They have been talking about how great the killings of people in the Middle East is, etc..and you sit there and smoke cigar yourself, not once you have told em to lower their voice, what is worse is that you have engaged with them in their conversations! I couldn't care less about the garage you are running over there,believe me,spending my money in your establishment, is the last thing I will ever want to do again. There is plenty of better places to go...

Great atmosphere and a lot of comfort, a great place to enjoy a smoke, the store has a great selection of premium cigars, great customer service as well.
