I went there and asked what breakfast specials they have with eggs. The worker who was distracted by both her personal phone and her employee girlfriend pointed me to a printed folded menu and walked away to a spot hidden from customers. She didn't mention that the breakfast menu was behind her on the far right side so she can make a quick exit. I waited 5 minutes with no other customers in the store while she was on the phone and laughing with her employee friend. She did some slightly responsible thing of replacing some clear plastic containers while holding her phone against her shoulder that was out of customer sight. After waiting 5 minutes for her to check what I wanted for breakfast, I saw her wipe her nose on her arm. Her friend made a comment to another customer that she doesn't need a mask when preparing food. She also forgot my water when I received my food 9 minutes after I ordered. When I told her she forgot my water, she said she'll get it. However, she didn't get it and instead ignored my 2nd request for water. I watched her start making food for someone else. I NEVER received my water! There was only one other customer there when I requested it for the 2nd time.
I've generally had a positive experience here with other employees, but today's employees were not responsible and very bad with customer service.

There were two women there during my visit who were the best. They seemed genuinely happy to be there and were so helpful and sweet with my baby. Not sure if this makes a difference, but they definitely deserve a raise because they make the establishment so inviting and I will definitely be returning!

I did an online pickup order and brought it back to my office, to realize that there were TWO long curly hairs in my flatbread. Called the store and they only offered to remake it but I don’t have the time to go back. Apparently only corporate can offer a refund but there’s no where to do that online.

If you hate me, just say so. I've never been to this location and honestly im just dont with this chain altogether. This is straight up incompetence. The girl gave me a cold GREEN banana... I had to ask for chips because I guess common sense isnt common anymore and ppl are expected to eat fruit that cant even be eaten yet 🙃 never again
Yesterday I placed a food order and waited about 30 minutes. During that time, everyone who came after me received their food before I did. When I asked about my order and mentioned that others who ordered later were already served, the staff member preparing the food responded with an attitude. She asked for my name, then handed me a random bag that was ready—inside was a smoothie that wasn’t even the one I ordered.
This was very disappointing, especially since this has always been my go-to place for lunch. I understand that the team may be busy and under pressure during rush hours, but treating customers with respect and ensuring they receive the correct order is a must.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service moving forward.

Im annoyed at my experience. I went in and ordered 3 items. One was wrong, and the other she told me she wouldn't make me, when I came back in and asked for my receipt about what she made me and charged me was wrong she refused to give it to me, and sat on the phone

One of the cleanest location I have ever been to. Tifa and Keisha did a great job knocking the orders out but the best part is the efficiency didn’t take away from the great customer service that they had.
