Actually this store deserve 0 stars instead of 1star, but it's not allowing it, and I meant it. When a Pharmacy manager is being very nasty and disrespectful to a customer, then there can't be anything good about this place. My story is, I asked my daughter to pickup my blood pressure medication after work about a month ago. She did and they changed her, I wasn't suppose to be charged because my insurance covers it. I called and spoke with a lady from the pharmacy, and she says they didn't check my insurance and I should come in and pick up my refund. I went to pickup my refund and I saw this guy claiming to be the manager, I had explained the situation to him, and he told me that he's going to assist a customer on the floor in one of the isles, I have waited like over 30 minutes, he returned to the pharmacy and I asked him why do I have to wait this long to get my refund because my knee was really hurting, and his answer was, there are seats over there and I am not going to give you a refund. And this guy cursed me out and refused to give me my refund, and I had to leave without my refund. I called Coperate and they were telling me to return to the store and pick up my refund, a I refused to do so because after what I have been through with this so called unprofessional manager, I was not going back there. The lady from Corporate was saying, he is the manager, as if this unprofessional, nasty and very rude guy is God Almighty. Corporate needs to get professional people to work with customers instead of having unprofessional people who are robbing and disrespecting customers, like this so called manager guy. He needs to go back to the classroom and be retrained for the position that he had, because he's not qualified?

Publix is great store I love going going there .Their produce is always fresh .Every thing here is expensive but my choice is always publix, they just need to think a little more of the poorer class of people.
