The food and drinks were excellent they were a little busy, so the service was a little slow. I would definitely go back, the ambiance is really nice and perfect for a family.

The new menu items were not very appetizing, the server brought my sons' meal out late. There was a large birthday party there between a few AA families there close by. The parents let the kids run amok through the restaurant, bothering other diners and families. I complained to the Manager and nothing was done about it. Not going to be returning.

It was amazing! The only downside I would say is the fact I couldn't eat much there. As a picky eater who wanted chicken nuggets and grilled cheese—it was only available to 10 year olds. I believe it should be available to all but it being called a kids menu meaning mostly kids order from it. That's just my opinion, everything else was outstanding!

Very glad that the Rainforest Cafe has survived and has a location in greater Miami. Adult meals are a little pricey but the kids' meals are well-priced and the ambience is truly what makes it a gem!!

The kids' menu offered great choices. Our waitress, Tiffini, was amazing. She took the time to understand our preferences and did her best to cater to our tastes. It was a fantastic experience, and she truly enhanced it. The only drawback was that a photographer came by for a complimentary photo while I was in the restroom. When I returned ten minutes later and asked him to take the photo, he said he couldn't. The kids felt disappointed, as they would have loved to take the photo themselves if they had known it was a one-time opportunity.

First time visiting this Rainforest Cafe and after visiting several others in the USA this was one of the best. Clean atmosphere, friendly staff , delicious food and very attentive and hospitable service from my server Naima. She went above and beyond and always with a smile (she deserves a raise!!). I highly recommend Rainforest Cafe in Sunrise, FL

Our server was good. He even took a meal off the bill as the food was not prepared correctly. The food was not good. I got the shrimp and steak. The shrimp was overcooked and under seasoned. My wife got the caprese chicken sandwich. The cook must have put the wrong seasoning or something on the chicken because it was extremely hot. My wife could not eat it. The food is overpriced for what it is. But my kids enjoyed the atmosphere.

I am honestly baffled by the service I was received! For years, my kids have been begging me to go to rainforest Café because they have heard great thing about it and I was excited to treat myself and my kids to a good time with family fun little did I know I would be receiving none of that. For my little Ella Clair‘s birthday all she wanted to do was go to rainforest Café. Eat some shrimp and get some sparkling lava cake. Yeah none of that was fun or enjoyable. We got there and nobody was there to wait our table for it to even say hi to us we put on the reservation that was my little Ella Clair‘s birthday and nobody even acknowledged that she was alive! We sat down and had to wait at least 30 minutes for our table and once we did finally get somebody to help us out she was not very nice to us.I feel honestly sad for this establishment that they have to deal with this every day not a little eloquent was so excited to get celebrated for her one and only 14th birthday, but when did she know she would be getting no surprise actually she did get a surprise. It was a surprise as a horrible service.
