We have been going to this Rainforest Cafe for years. This was the worst experience we have ever had. First, we were seated in a section of the restaurant that was freezing. We were sitting in our seats shacking. We mentioned it to the waiter numerous times and we were never re-seated. The service was also very very slow for the restaurant not being that busy. Second, the table behind us was seated for about 15 or so minutes. They were so cold that they just got up and left. The bus person came over and just reset the table, not replacing the silverware or cleaning the table. Shortly after another party was seated at that dirty table. Finally, the manager came over and we again told him how cold it was. He said "sorry can I get you dessert? Atleast it won't melt." We told him about the table behind us and he went over and picked up the silverware. While the manager rectified the situation we will not be back.

We all ordered but our son's meal arrived just about when we were finished..the good thing was we were not charged for his meal. We also reserved through the opentable app and had to wait and extra trwenty minutes before being seated, where there were numerous tables not being used ?

We had a great time on a Friday night! Not super crowded. Food very nice :) The only thing we would suggest, is to dust off some of the flowers, plants all around the restaurant and the spinning sphere our table was under, as they have a lot of dust.-but it didn't bother my allergies.
Our server was very nice and attentive. It took one hour to get our food. We had kids at the table and they were so hungry. When we finally got the food it was mediocre. Some fries were stale we had to ask for fresh fries. When everyone got served they forgot the birthday girls food. She was the last to get her food. She was only 8. Not sure if I will be returning.

My kids had a good time. Happy about that. It's an okay place food and service wise...I felt rushed even though they didn't want to seat us on time without my full party being there... I get it though...but the ambience makes up for it. Pretty cool place to take kids to enjoy a meal in a rainforest atmosphere.
Blake provided excellent service, the food was great and we appreciated our reservation still being accommodated even though we arrived slightly later due to parking. Great experience!

We checked in a few minutes before our scheduled reservation. We waited 20 minutes after the reservation time to be seated. We were greeted quickly and received drinks. We ordered, however, it took over an hour to get any food. The restaurant was not overly crowded. We had to eat quickly and immediately ask for the check as we had other plans. Our waiter was polite and provided adequate service. The managers were wandering the restaurant - no help with assisting anyone in the restaurant.
Waitress was very friendly but kept forgetting our waters, extra plates, napkins, all the little things. The food carrier dropped 4/6 meals as he was bringing to our table. Things happen so we weren't upset, what we were upset about was that the 2nd time they brought the food, they forgot a meal that ended up taking 30min AFTER the second time to finally come to the table. (ps. it was a salad) We went the whole meal with no water because our waitress never brought them back. We thought the salad would be taken off the bill but instead they gave us a free dessert and that was it. Also, the receipt said 15% gratuity was included but the numbers showed it was actually 20%. Manager never came out to acknowledge the mistake. As we were leaving we ran into the manager and spoke to her about what happened. She was very nice and understanding and ended up taking the meals that fell off of our bill. Again, things happen but it was after the food fell that was the problem.
Our reservation was made yesterday. We checked in at the restaurant a half our before our reservation. We were seating 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation. The children meals were out in as an expedited order. They arrived between 30-40 minutes after we ordered. Management needs to figure out timing. This is not the first time we've had a similar expert at this location.

Hice la reservación por open table y cuando llegué a la hora en punto, la hostess me dijo que había hecho trampa y que debía esperarme a que me mandaran mensaje para tener mi mesa. El gerente David, no hice mucho más que disculparse por obligación. Por último, la mesera también nos atendió con una mala cara y sin ganas de dar un servicio. No regresaremos nunca más.

Had to ask for a water refill towards the end of eating since that's the only time we saw our waitress again. Food took a while to come out. Kids got cranky waiting so long. Food is SURELY overpriced. The fajita chicken and veggies stuck to the cast iron pan so I had to scrape off the food. You DON'T get what you pay for here, even if the kids like the infrequent animatronics. They price it like it's Disney World but it's really just all show for no intrinsic value. Also, we ordered two kids meals, one with a side of corn (came with corn and orange slices), the other with a side of fruit (told was grapes during ordering) but came out with fries and orange slices. Not what I requested for my one year old. Fries weren't even a side option, but wouldn't have chosen this for my 1yo anyways. I had to ask for a side of grapes, which they did end up bringing after I asked again for it. I was confused on what's offered vs. automatically given to kids. Maybe the kitchen isn't paying attention.

Went for mh grandson birthday they sing happy birthday to him with a volcano cake that lit up we had a great time they took pictures and we bought them pictures were great GOD blessed us with a wonderful time made memories that will last forever
La comida estuvo muy rica , los tragos muy bien elaborados, el servicio muy profesional. El precio alto y la propina ya viene incluida pero lo recomiendo para pasar una linda tarde y los Niños la pasan muy bien.
