They have an AI speaker and it wants understanding me at first. after taking a while for it to finally get my order right they lady told me next time they weren’t taking my order and i was so confused. I hope this lady gets what she deserves

One of the best experiences at Wendy's. Store had few customers. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, places my order and one minute later I was served one of the freshest burgers ever, fries and nuggets cooked perfectly and hot.

Dirty restaurant. Rude employees.. seedy location. Wendy’s corporate needs to get involved here. Seriously. Drive through attendant combative and passive aggressive 9/6 8:22p mobile order. Waste of money and time.

Waited 15 minutes for barely warm stale fries because they was cooking the chicken sandwich. I get it, but please make everything hot if you are gonna make people wait. Don't leave the fries in the bag waiting for the rest...

Some woman employee in the back kitchen started having an aggressive and loud melt down because I asked for more pickles and onions with lettuce, that I paid for and was willing to pay for more. The girl with the dark skin, long curly hair and the girl with the short blonde hair tried to calm her down, but eventually I just said it’s ok, I’ll just take the lettuce and go. I buy Wendy’s literally everyday, this is the first time I’ve seen this

Our recent visit to Wendy's around 10:20 PM was extremely frustrating. We arrived to find the dining room closed, so we proceeded to the drive-thru. Despite placing our order in ahead of time it, we waited 15 minutes in a drive-thru that had no more than 3 cars. When we finally received our order, the employee at the window was notably rude and dismissive. After pulling into the parking lot to check our items, we discovered several items were missing. Returning back to the window, we were faced with the same employee denying our claim, pointing to the screen as if the missing items weren’t apart of our order. She reluctantly provided the missing food, but the overall meal was unfortunately not enjoyable. While we were in the drive-thru, a relative placed a separate mobile order. Approximately 20 minutes later, I re-entered the drive-thru to pick it up. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for an order that had been placed over 30 minutes prior, again dealt with by the same unhelpful employee. This experience was marked by excessive wait times, incorrect orders, and poor customer service. We left feeling very dissatisfied.

The service was absolutely abhorrent it took 1 to 2 hours for our food and they left out something in our order and we had to point it out ourselves never going back.

It was a really bad experience. First the drive thru took forever even though there were only 3 cars. And then when we get to the drive thru they took forever to get our food. And to make matters even worse they forgot some of our food. So we had to go back and get our stuff for her to tell us that we didn’t order it 😑😑. And the food was not even gf after all that wait.

Just came from there with a few friends. It was around 10:30pm and the woman serving us in the window took an eternity to serve us despite us ordering ahead online. Not only that, but she was so salty for no reason. After giving us such an attitude, she proceeds to not give us all our food and was snappy at us because we went back for it. Just for them to be right in front of her. And she didn’t even want to give them to us until my friends persisted and kept showing her the online order. My best friend is the type of person where he barely get upset, but he was so upset he couldn’t even enjoy his food and the night couldn’t finish without us speaking up about it. Wendy’s, please do better when you’re hiring people. After such a long productive day, we wouldn’t appreciate having to deal with such an attitude despite being respectful and positive. We understand she might’ve had a long day too, but that still isn’t an excuse.
