I love wendys. Or I used to. They haven't been giving the price when you order. So when 2 meals come out to $30 it's a shell shock. Burgers have been dry here before. It's hit or miss.

Ordered lunch today, 1/31/25. Dined in. While ordering my meal, the cashier paused and was texting on his personal cell phone. What has happened to customer service etiquette in the last 15 years or so? Moreover, the employees were all talking loud, laughing, and nearly shouting to each other in groups around the kitchen. Don’t get it. Things have changed in this area. Maybe time to move.

Orange haired lady was extremely unprofessional and rude, on top of being racist. The moment my friend tried to order something she started giving an awful attitude and terrible customer service. He’s haves an accent, and just bc of that she was giving us terrible service. Absolutely terrible experience. Ridiculous even, who’s the hiring manager?
It's amazing when I can go to a Wendy's that I know that the people there care. The food even taste better!!!
I normally don't have time to get lunch so I have to get something in the morning. The staff here has saved me multiple times. Even though they don't do lunch during breakfast the manager Kim has gone out of her way to make me an amazing con salad thanks guys...

I’m giving Wendy’s 3 stars because the food is really unhealthy. It tastes good, but it should only be consumed very occasionally. The service was excellent and the price was great - but I will try to minimize my visits here (and other fast food places as well).
