We ordered on Grubhub. We didn't get the correct order, it took over an hour, everything was cold and under cooked. The receipt on the bag was correct but all the bagels were incorrect. The burrito was mainly potatoes and the eggs were over cooked. It was really disappointing

I usually make my order before the weekend so I can enjoy my bagels, and it’s always been a good experience until today.
After I placed my order, the cashier forgot to add two plain bagels to my order. When I inspected my bag I realized that she forgot to add the bagels and I asked the counter lady about my order. As soon as I paid, some guy came over and put his items in front of me, pushing me to the side. As I brought up my issue to the lady in Spanish, the client and the cashier were complaining about us speaking Spanish as it was confusing and disturbing to him and clearly to the cashier working in your establishment.
When the lady was fixing my order, I stood quiet listening and looking at the guy making unnecessary gestures and comments to the cashier in which she agreed with him. When the guy noticed that I was listening, he repeated himself to me laughing and making fun of me and the lady working in your shop. I decided to bring to the cashier’s attention in English that she placed the order incorrectly and that I was missing plain bagels in which the cashier apologized.
Before I left, the lady who helped me apologized for the inconvenience and the experience I had with both as she understands it was very frustrating and inconsiderate to me as a client.
We are facing difficult times ahead and accepting this type of behavior is not acceptable to anyone especially clients that lives and works in the area. So I am Spanish and I am very respectful of anyone around me. The fact that the cashier was siding with a racist person, is the reason we don’t move forward in our society.
It’s unfortunate because that experience will always be there every time I want to place my orders.
I was in Bagel Boss this afternoon with family members as tourists. We were waiting approx. 20-30 mins for our orders which was very disappointing. When we went up to the counter again to ask about our order, they weren’t even in the process of being prepared. Also, other customers that came in after us were served instantly and weren’t waiting around like we were which was really odd. While the bagel itself was nice, it was certainly not worth the long wait. I would not recommend this place
