Slimy staff, slow service, small portions, food does happen to taste good… I came here, ordered a salmon dish for $40, you’d expect me to get THE salmon of all salmons, believe me it was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen after waiting one too many minutes. Tiny scoop of mashed potatoes, and a piece of salmon that was clearly sliced in half… (you know like those fillets you slice vertically down the middle for kids or whatever) I sent it back, it was just beyond ridiculous. Wish I snapped a picture. At the end, they tried sneaking it in the bill, along with a pre-added 18% tip. Just very scummy overall. Of course you can claim “it was an accident”, but they were clearly pissed when I sent it back in the first place

Honestly, how does this place stay open? I like to give this place a chance once a year. For the past 5 years, it’s been a horrible place to eat. If you go here, keep your expectations low for both food quality and service.

Food was tasty but portions are real small much smaller than in any other restaurant we ate. The main waiter who takes the orders was abrupt and rude and overworked. The bill he simply tossed onto the table. The acoustic in the room is terrible and it was extremely noisy. Difficult to hear yourself talk. With so many other choices of a kosher restaurants, we (a group of six) will not return to this one.
Terrible service, too busy with not enough serving staff. Pizza was delayed by an hour although the waiter never mentioned the wait for pizza. Pasta was good, but don’t bother going in the winter, it’s not worth the wait

Come on… 5 pieces of ravioli noodles, and $25! Dude… please explain to me how this is fair, we had fun and the food tasted good but it was packed with hardly any space to move around, it is “ok”, unsure if I will be back

We loved our dinner and our experience at Cine Citta. We had 2 pastas which were perfectly cooked and a very yummy creamy veggie soup. Service was spot on and our food came in timely manner. We will return to try other items from their menu.
