Hikari in Miami is a high end kosher restaurant and great sushi spot. The food is excellent, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious, with everything beautifully presented. The otoro is a standout, rich and buttery. The lychee drink is also a refreshing home run. The atmosphere is amazing, with a special ambience and a good vibe for upscale dining. Service is outstanding, incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. It is a super cool spot that truly delivers an amazing experience, highly recommended for anyone looking to return.
