I have been going to Josh's for 20 years and it is become tired and the sandwiches are smaller and smaller for a lot more money. The owner must search hard to find bread that small.
Truly a culinary surprise! Wanted to grab a nice salad and soup after shopping in Bal Harbor. I asked a nice young, hip looking couple where they would recommend. They suggested Josh’s Deli. The chicken soup with kreplach was the best soup I have ever tasted! My husband had a gorgeous fresh salad. After watching the sandwiches march by, we added a lovely turkey sandwich, challah was homemade and the turkey was off the frame. I can not say enough good things about this restaurant....
Food is good. Great pancakes. The negative is it was very dirty. Thank God my husband and I wiped down the table and high chair because the wipes were black when we were done. Cleanliness needs to be taken more seriously there. Also so expensive for what you’re getting.
