My family and I went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The service was lacking in many areas. Our server was inattentive by delivering utensils late, not refilling our drinks, the table was dirty, the food took an long time to arrive, our dirty plates sat in the table forever, and most of the night our waiter was no where to be found. We had to ask someone else for our check to pay our bill. They knew in advance we were celebrating our birthday and made no attempt to do anything even slightly special. The table next to us was also celebrating a birthday and they did bring out a dessert with a lit candle. I thought we would get same treatment, but no it didn’t happen. Overall, I was very disappointed because we had high hopes considering the beautiful property and hotel.

I had high expectations for the Christmas brunch at Lido Restaurant, given the reputation of the Four Seasons, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the setting was elegant, the ambiance did not align with the festive spirit of Christmas. The decor felt minimal and lacked the warm, cozy atmosphere that one would expect during the holiday season.
The food was another major letdown. The selection was underwhelming, and many items were not replenished promptly. The dishes that were available lacked both creativity and the high quality expected at such an establishment. Some hot items were lukewarm, while others seemed hastily prepared. For the price, I anticipated a far more impressive spread.
Service added to the disappointment. While the staff was polite, they appeared overwhelmed and inattentive. It took far too long to get drinks refilled, and basic requests like napkins or utensils were delayed. It seemed the restaurant was unprepared to handle the number of guests.
For a premium price, I expected a memorable and festive dining experience, but this brunch fell far short. It’s disappointing because Lido has the potential to deliver something exceptional, but this was not it.

If you are looking for a finest and luxury place this is one of them , we went to celebrate a birthday and the service was amazing since we arrived , the restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, food was good, definitely worth the price.
Unfortunately, I can’t speak about the food or the atmosphere, however the service of this place at least from the host and the costumer service didn’t impress. I had a reservation for Labor Day which was actually my birthday. Initially there was going to be 7 of us and then we added one more person two days prior the reservation date , when I went to the app to change my reservation it said to contact the restaurant. I immediately did because I thought it had to do with the restaurant been booked. After many hours calling, attempting to talk to Someone with no luck and since I was staying less than a block from the restaurant for the weekend, my husband I decided to walk there. When we got there, of course we weren’t dress as if we were going to dine because my birthday wasn’t until two days later, BUT the look we got from the host was very uncomfortable, I ignored her and explain my situation. To my surprise she says their policy is that after 8 people it’s a prefix menu with a cost of $150-190 per person depends of the courses . Obviously I had to cancel because that’s not want I wanted and honestly I think that was ridiculous. I mentioned to the host how difficult was to talk to them and she said they have no control Over that since phones calls are answered from another facility. I was sad that I couldn’t dine there for my birthday but I also didn’t feel welcome or that They wanted us as clients. I was disappointed So I picked some where else for my celebration.

Every single thing was outstanding and utterly professional Food, service, ambience the best BUT $35 valet parking fee for dinner- never again, unfortunately. There is absolutely no place nearby to park a car, so you must use valet
Came here to celebrate my daughter birthday. We really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area. The service was nice and attentive. The food wasn’t great. I ordered risotto with seafood, which basically had several little strips in it and tasted below average. My wife tried a steak and returned it back, her second attempt with lobster was better. Chilean Seabass was the only good meal, but it wasn’t amazing or great, it was just ok/good. I feel like LIdo needs to elevate your game for the restaurant at Four Seasons.
Lido restaurant is an absolute gem! We had the pleasure of being served by Steven, who provided impeccable service throughout our entire dining experience. Every detail was attended to with the utmost care. The ambiance was perfect, the food was exquisite, and the attention to detail in every dish was evident. It's clear that Lido is operating at a Michelin star level, and we sincerely hope they receive the recognition they deserve. We can't wait to return!
Outstanding Italian - pasta and veal were superb. Super service in white tux jackets and still a comfortable atmosphere. tables and booths spaces apart nicely. not a crowded feeling. Bar is great. Prices are high - caviar starts at $375 and veal was $97. Still a great experience.

Perfect evening if.....you don't mind spending $60 each for a chicken dish that was a small thigh and leg....(yes a thigh and leg) and 4 miniature ravioli....4. This puts the word robbery in “highway robbery”.
A wonderful place to spend a romantic dinner, the attention and details were exclusive, in my reservation I notified about my anniversary, we received personalized attention and we received a nice detail, everything was excellent!!!! From the cocktails at the bar to our dinner, a delicious dessert served luxuriously.
Very friendly! Congratulations to the chef and his staff!

The two male bartenders were amazing. Very informative, friendly, and gracious. I wish I knew their names but, they made three amazing drinks that paired with Harry blus gin and I was very satisfied. They were a French 75, Bijou, and tail spin. Wish I took pictures of them.
