Serendipity Creamery & Yogurt Cafe

This was an after diner stop for us. The caramel ice cream was smooth as silk. The passion fruit sorbet was a treat as well. Great service. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this establishment.

The only reason this gets 2 stars and not 1 is because the matcha ice cream is really good aside from that it was a HORRIBLE experience. The woman behind the counter was so rude and unprofessional. There is a small cup and a regular sized cup I got the regular size but she gave me 2 very small scoops it only filled up half the cup and it was $10. I asked her to put another scoop and she said flat out no you paid for small I tried to explain I didn't get the small I got the regular and I paid for the cup not for the amount of scoops so she should fill it up. Aside from the fact she didn't know English well and didn't even try to understand what I was saying... I went with all my sisters we spent close to $80 and she couldn't even full my cup a tiny bit more like wow! Go somewhere else where you actually get your money's worth and don't have to deal with rude employees.

The teenager working at the counter was incredibly rude - came across with a pathetic fake “tough life” attitude that only got worse when I chose not to tip (which I had every reason not to). Seemed he was trying to show off for the girl working with him or sth. Super awkward vibe and definitely not what we're looking for when we get an ice cream. We won’t come back. Giving it 2 stars only because the ice cream itself was fine.

Horrible customer service....slow, unprofessional, and treat customers with disrespect. Not going back there .Anita' s Ice cream,Ritas and Morelia much better anyway.

Me and my girlfriend have been here many times, she always gets one scoop of coconut and the same lady serves us. The coconut ice cream is ok but we were going every other week mostly because it was on our daily walking route and she is pregnant and likes ice cream. To be completely transparent I leave a tip if the lady does something exceptional but otherwise I do not leave a tip for scooping one ball of ice cream from a jar and handing it to me without a smile. Sorry. Today she charged me for a double scoop and I told her that this is not the price, I am literally a regular here. Even pointed to the price (6.90) on the wall. She said that they “changed the price for Passover” with no sign or anything to fall back on. I’m not Jewish but I googled that Passover is 4/12 today is 4/9. Like idk why people think that they can just rob you if they feel like it, I hope she’s the owner and reads this because I will NEVER be back to this pathetic little ice cream shack. Good luck

P.s if she is not the owner the time was around 7:30pm and the transaction was 9.27 to an Amex ending 1005

It doesn't have frozen yogurt, we drove 30 minutes and paid parking for nothing.

Sad they stop selling yogurt ? they had the best yogurt... Best peanut butter yogurt too. I went specifically for yogurt and didn't see anywhere that they had stop making it so I was really disappointed when I get their and discover they just have ice-cream ?

The only store on that street with AC on and door closed. Compliments. All others with door open and AC at full! Not good.

Getting ice cream at Serendipity Creamery was a great experience! I had the vanilla with sprinkles and it was amazing. It was the perfect texture and the perfect taste. Additionally, the customer service was great, and the employee who took my order was very nice. The topping station is great and has a wide variety of treats. Overall, I greatly recommend this creamery!

This was so disappointing. My whole heart wanted frozen yogurt, and serendipity yogurt shop seemed to cure all my issues. however, they DO NOT SELL FROSEN YOGURT. THIS IS A Scam. serendipity, change ur name or get some FROYO.
