If you're looking for a quiet Starbucks where you can have a group conversation or work on your computer, this is the place. The people are very friendly, the place is kept very clean, and it has a very cozy covered terrace.

Unfortunately this is my home Starbucks and the staff has 0 customer service skills. It’s just uncomfortable to come in and see someone that hates their job and reflects that into the consumer. No smiles, no greeting. I’m not sure if they are not properly trained, or not grateful to have a job. Regardless of what it is, we shouldn’t have to pay for their lack of service.

Please pay attention to your staff’s performance. They are absolutely not customer-oriented. I waited over 15 minutes for my damn croissant while she was walking around doing who knows what — some inconvenient task. My coffee got cold, and I will never come back here again. I do not recommend this place.

The cashier was amazing I ordered 3 of the same drinks but slightly made different the skinny black young lady with twist was very rude and barley could identify what she had made I said no form and gave me a large cup full of form no coffee highly pissed.

I buy often at this location and today I came in to get water in my own bottle water and was denied because in order to get regular water I need to make a purchase. That’s very sad and terrible service. I don’t even need to use their cups just regular tap water in my own bottle.
Not service we expect in any store but even more disappointing at a business I am at almost everyday.

I walked in cause I was feeling woozy due to the heat I saw there was no one in line and politely ask the employee for a cup from the tap he said you have to purchase something are you kidding me it’s not about not buying something not about the charge how do you deny anyone tap water

After a long bike from kimpton surf comber I got coffee, flat white with non fat milk medium size and drank it in front of the store to power my bike back to hotel. Upon finishing my coffee I threw the cup at the trash can before going to the counter to ask for water to boost my trip back but the lady at the counter rudely said that u can only get water if you order. That’s not the case anywhere else! I didn’t want to discuss anymore and just walked out. I hope this does not happen to other people and the lady be given a reprimand

The service is really not very good, since I went shopping at 8:41 p.m. The doors were closed and no one wanted to serve me. The store is supposed to be open to the public until 9 p.m. They shouldn't block access to the store.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. Unfortunately I've been coming here for years because it's the nearest location. I don't understand how upper management has not cleaned this place up. The location is always filthy. Orders are always seriously delayed. I will wait patiently and watch all their workers just ignore the food order printouts and after sometimes 20 minutes they will act like they didn't see it. It's complete incompetence. Absentee management/ownership.
