Great Atmosphere, But $40.00 at Starbucks and Manager and store have No Change . Ask for manager and she says we put an order in for change . I Had to Get Change at local Bank . Poor Business Practices! IF Starbucks can’t get change , Don’t Open . Corporate Office needs to Supervise and to make sure Store has plenty of change . It’s Basic Business Ethics!

I’ve been coming here the last few days before and after work and most recently during my lunch break. Let me tell you - the people that work here are amongst the nicest people I’ve encountered in nearly all of Miami. Everytime I walk in here the atmosphere makes me feel like I am at home and it’s such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere with quality music and vibes.
I appreciate you Starbucks family and I can’t wait to continue coming here! The people here truly make it a memorable experience that makes you wanting to come back again and again :)

Unfortunately this is my home Starbucks and the staff has 0 customer service skills. It’s just uncomfortable to come in and see someone that hates their job and reflects that into the consumer. No smiles, no greeting. I’m not sure if they are not properly trained, or not grateful to have a job. Regardless of what it is, we shouldn’t have to pay for their lack of service.
