Prior to coming here I had all but given up on Starbucks. The new barista STAR was incredibly pleasant and helpful!!! She made this the most wonderful experience at this or any café for as long as I could remember. Please hire and keep more staff like STAR on your team!!!

The people who frequent this location and yet somehow find a way to complain every time are the epitome of why humans as a species needs to be wiped out sooner rather than later. I witnessed some ugly white lady belittle the manager over the fact that she forgot that this wasn't a Burger King and she COULDNT have it her way ON CHRISTMAS. Lady if you're reading this, yet alone anyone who came here to complain over some measly manner- you are a parasitic cancer that is plaguing this earth and you should consider revoking your own life pass. Seriously- it's obvious your parents never beat you and that was a mistake on their part; don't take it out on the rest of the world!If you want to experience the grotesque ugliness of rich, entitled, upper class white trash Karen's take their unearned anger and aggression out on high school students, look no further than this Starbucks location. Coffees really good here too!

This starbucks is the most noisy branch i have been to, let alone cafe... managers cannot control what type of customers come through, however, managers can control the volume of the music being played on what sounds like its max volume. i could understand if employees need music, i love music when working, but if i am at a cafe where everyday at-home workers come to get some work done or have a coffee break, you can't hear yourself speak and sometimes find myself having to speak much louder in a 1-1 conversation with someone... this was not always the case with this location, and has now been the case for several months or maybe over year now.i will change review as soon as the overall volume in this place is turned down for respect of the customers that are working, meeting, or trying to catch a breather from all the noise outside....THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! <3

This Starbucks is one of the best and cleanest around! Tonya, the amazing leader, makes sure that all staff and customers feel special by remembering our names and ensuring an amazing Starbucks experience. Not to mention, Noel, Patrice, Javi, and many others are always making people happy going above and beyond, and I believe they should be recognized as standout service providers.
Such an incredible loud place… in the afternoon it feels being a playground, kids running and shouting, driving around with their skateboard and rollers…And then the music running so loud amplifying everything.The staff, idk, they’re friendly though indifferent, feels like they’re living in a karaoke bar or somewhat… singing, laughing, speaking loud.. I mean I am happy for them to enjoy their time, though that’s not professional.The place itself is somehow down and out and shabby.. flooring and especially the restrooms! Incredible dirty!Atmosphere cold and not welcoming. Not a place to peacefully drink a coffee or even enjoy the time at.Especially the staff SLAMMING CONSTANTLY the lid of the icebox. Dang what’s wrong!?Literally everything makes you feel uncomfortable.Sorry
