Every time I come here it's something new omg. Blonde older lady attends more to her phone and conversation rather than doing her actual job. I stopped coming because of her unprofessionalism, I have to WAIT for her to finish talking to whoever while she's making my sandwich. Decided to start ordering online but it doesn't matter because it won't be ready and today I ordered ham egg and cheese to go, no ham. Now I understand if they were out they would say something but no, Just messed up my order. This subway has been around for so long I wish they'd get better employees.

NOT RECOMMENDED. SURFSIDE , FL LOCATION. There was not just terrible service as usual, there was ZERO service. This time, I placed an order on the Subway app to reduce the amount of verbal communication necessary but employees simply did not fulfill my PAID order - I showed up 15 mins later than time indicated bc I assumed they’d be late. I showed them my app order on my phone. They didn’t know where to locate the order number that was clear on the screen. I showed them. They were clearly annoyed with me. Imagine? The worst part was: The two women simply said “no” and walked away, returning to customers on line. They refused to try to fulfill my order, immediately or soon. No manager there to assist. After a half a dozen frustrating visits i had to post a negative review. The employees are just plain rude. They don’t care if you have already paid for your food. And they’ll sure let you know they don’t care. Furthermore, they appear to speak not one word of English. I live in a multi-cultural city & understand language differences. I have returned to Surfside Subway several times bc I love Subway & I want to frequent our local businesses - but the new owner and employees have made it IMPOSSIBLE. Now I have to fight with Subway to get my money back. A ridiculous waste of time & money.

Leaving a bad review for a fast food restaurant seems a bit petty but I figured everyone should know that their payment card reader has been broken for like 5 months now. They can't "swipe" credit cards which is how 90% of customers pay. They can only do digital payments via RFID chips (only available in some cards) or Google / Apple Pay on your phone (if you have that set up).They won't tell you this until AFTER they've made your sandwhich. I hope you aren't in a hurry because there's always a log jam of people confused at the register & scrambling to figure out an alternative way to pay. It's clear the owners / management has no intention of fixing the issue unfortunately.

Ordered on the app for pick up and they didn’t start making the sandwich until I got here. I ordered for pickup so they’ll be ready because I was in a rush. They made me make the line and wait for them to finish other peoples order who had just walked in before starting mine. Horrible customer service. You should start the order as soon as it’s placed not when I get here to pick it up.

I went here to take some beverages, I took a diet coke, a lemonade and a fruit juice, also your employees working here are very smart, smiling and welcoming, also my order price is very good, also I considered this restaurant well clean and when I'm here, I had very good service. Also it's not long at all to order my beverages. :)

I used to work at subway, so maybe I just pick subway apart more than other places. I got a pizza with just pepperoni. Originally you’re supposed to cut the pepperoni in half and automatically put mozzarella on the top of whatever toppings you get before toasting. Well they charged me extra for the cheese and didn’t even put the seasonings on I asked for…When she toasted my pizza she sloped it into the toaster, so half my pizza got ripped up on the bottom from it sticking. It’s just a mess, and the whole customer experience was chaotic.

I'm putting five stars because I understand how much bad reviews can hurt a business, however, the way I was treated at this Subway today was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to both me, and the others in the store. Emi was the sandwich artist, and her attitude was ridiculous. I've worked at Subway, so I understand that long lines can be stressful, but I have never treated a customer the way she treated me. She was incredibly rude and short with me. When she was about to put the veggies on my sandwich, she looked up at me and actually told me to hurry up because there's a long line in quite possibly the rudest way. It was disgusting. To top it off, when I asked her for her name, she said "Why do you want to know?". I literally had to ask her TWICE, because she probably realized that she was rude to the wrong person and that I was likely going to write a bad review. So unbelievable.She can make a mean sandwich though LOL.
