Great food. Great service. Staying at the grand beach in Surfside. I placed the order from the beach. By the time I got to the Carrot it was ready and was back on the beach within a few minutes. The food is ALWAYS fresh and soooo good

Food, drinks, products they are pretty good.
However they’re kind of branding themselves as “Carrot Express “ but it isn’t.
Staff was very cordial and polite. However, they all looked super tired & exhausted.
I hope they have been treated well

🫥I ordered the Chicken Salad Wrap last week, and it was good. Today, I ordered the same thing because I was really hungry, but the chicken was so salty that it was horrible to eat. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they just told me they hadn’t received any complaints.
I didn’t say anything to my son and gave it to him to try. He called me and said, ‘Mom, why is this so salty?’ That confirmed it wasn’t just me.
All they said was ‘we’re sorry,’ but honestly, a sandwich that costs nearly $18 isn’t cheap. If I’m paying that much, I expect edible food. The way they handled my complaint was disappointing and honestly, it’s not worth ordering from here again.
The food was delicious and healthy. We will definitely order again from the fresh Carrot.
