48 minutes in line at drive tru at 11 pm 😣
I love McDonald’s and their lattes, I have one every single day but there is a particular restaurant where I never seem to get a good experience. The one on Flagler and 105 across FIU, where the drive thru attendant is ALWAYS rude.... no matter who is working that day and this is a reflection of the training and also the management team.

Over a week ago the same story, issues of soft drinks and milkshake machine.... Again today. Disappointed.... last week a big issue with a disrespectful clerk who pushed me to get a bottle of water because of the soda machine issue “or you will pay for a meal and won’t get a drink” quote and over that when I brought this to the manager (decent guy) the clerk called me sweetly pie. Rude. Today I’ve got dry over cooked fries and OK nuggets.
