Waited over 40 minutes for my order on Christmas 2025 by w b en i got my order mycoffee was cold food was cold my drink was water logged cause all the ice melted and all staff were nice at the moment but by when order came staff became very disrespectful and rude and we're laughing about it, now as for me myself I work at a hugh end fine dining restaurant with very high standards and high service... just to po8nt it out at as myself I will no longer will be visiting thus Macdonalds for awhile either there be improvement or things get adjusted

Terrible absolutely ridiculously terrible location. Always forgets sauces, rude staff, always forgets food items. I pay insane prices for this god awful cheap processed food, the LEAST they can do is make my order accurately. It is to the point where I believe they do it out of spite. I’m done patronizing this bottom of the barrel trash of a restaurant - of which this particular location must be one of the worst. They need to fire all the staff here

I recently visited this McDonald’s at 10530 West Flagler Street after completing a McDVoice survey. I had my valid redemption code, but the staff refused to honor it. The manager, Juan, stated they would not accept the offer, and the manager on duty, Sophia, also refused. When I asked for more information, they declined to provide their last names or any way to escalate the issue.
This location is promoting a customer feedback deal but won’t stand behind their own advertised offers. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional — definitely not what I expect from a major brand like McDonald’s. I recommend avoiding this location if you value customer service and your time.
