I’ve been coming to this Applebee’s for three years. It’s always a pleasure to see Claudia, the manager Grace, meeka and Ella bartenders Jenn, Jasmin waitresses.

I’ve eaten there a few times and it’s the best Applebees dining environment I’ve been to in the US. Servers Meeka and Grace are friendly and professional and Claudia is an awesome is a manager I’d hire if I were running a restaurant. Go there!

I waited too long for my food it wasn’t packed & I asked the server how long for my appetizer after 30 mins she says it’s the way . Guess what the appetizer and my food was coming at the same time after 40 mins waiting . I couldn’t even eat my meal . They offered to put it under the heat lamp while I eat the appetizer I declined . I want my food fresh I ate the appetizer and ask for a Togo bag . NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!! Slow

I got the Four Cheese Mac and Cheese with Chicken Tender, which was a disaster. I'm not sure what type of cheese they used, but I'll really love it if someone should tell me. I should have listened to the waitress when she told me people usually don't like the pasta. We went on a Friday during peak hours and waited 30 minutes before being seated and another 30 minutes before getting our main course.

I must say I am grateful to the management team at this location who did their investigation and provided me with recourse to this matter. Thank you.

Just tried to buy a gift card.She handed ma n Christmas one.Its February.I asked her if she had any others.She said no , someone had already yelled to her they were in the back.I looked at the card it had something smeared on it.I told her this is dirty and she just shrugged.On my way to a different chain restaurant.

Ella my sever was so amazing I do t even have words for it very attentive and on top of all. Ms. Claudia was very welcoming too. I enjoyed my time. I lv I have have great people sever in my neighborhood. Amazing time and great service. Will be back with more friends and and more enjoyment. Lv this place
