I went in for dinner(Take out) My 1st time there, small restaurant // parking could be a hassle if other restaurants are busy, I got Stew Peas it was tasty....way better than when I tried it at another restaurant.

I frequent this restaurant and actually service them as a banker for many years before switching jobs. I never thought I would be treated so poorly in a restaurant as I was today the cashier on the receipt it says Chantel I'm not sure if that is her true name but she was a younger girl and a blue shirt They gave me one piece of chicken instead of two that I always get and explain that it was done this way because the chicken was larger today she spoke to me very slowly and condescending, and was very rude to me. When I told her that she was being rude. She said that she was trying to make me understand And she said do you want it or not in a very rude tone. Then when l pointed out that the entire time she interacted with me she was taking a phone call in her AirPod. She tried to deny it and when I said, were you not on the phone she said to me well were you not on the phone as if I'm the one in uniform working counter Very rude and very nasty The food is OK at best, but if you're looking for good customer service, you will never find it with that young lady as a longtime customer disappointment is an understatement

The Fry dumplin was a disgrace i don't understand why they would serve people dry hard fried dumplin, it's best to through it out and say you out of festival dumplin... do better my jamaican people...

Saturday,August 24th, Carl’s Little Ochi Seafood Restaurant catered a 100 year birthday party. The food was delivered on time, the presentation was great and tasted delicious.

Vegetarian options: Curried Tofu.

Recommended dishes: Steamed Fish, Curry Goat, Fried Plantains, Jerk Chicken

A monster works at front desk . She had really bad attitude she could have said the card machine was on the other side . It was a white machine how was j supposed to know I thought it was showing the price . The beast had worse look on her face I won’t expose this beast cause I don’t want her to lose her job but the monster should be caged .

$2 and change for one D&G soda.......... And the customer service is not representative of Jamaican hospitality...... 4 thumbs down. My blind grandmother cooks better fish than them, not sure what kind of excuse of cuisine they are trying to sell but if yourr not Jamaican, this is not our food. Go to the real Ochi in Jamaica!!!

1/5 stars - Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Information

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Carl's Seafood Restaurant. What should have been a pleasant takeout experience turned into a frustrating waste of time due to their abysmal customer service.

Before heading to the restaurant, I called ahead specifically to inquire about their snapper. I informed the staff member that I was on my way and would arrive in about 25 minutes. Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn they had sold out of snapper, supposedly selling the last one just before I got there.

The staff member I spoke with at the restaurant was not even the same person who took my call. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, she became argumentative. Her dismissive attitude and complete lack of concern for my wasted trip were appalling. She made no attempt to offer any alternative solutions or to make the situation right.

It's clear that Carl's Seafood Restaurant has little regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. Their inability to manage their inventory for just 25 minutes, coupled with their unapologetic and confrontational approach to customer service, is unacceptable.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to Carl's Seafood Restaurant. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment if they value their time and expect even a basic level of customer service. There are far better seafood and Jamaican options in the area that actually appreciate their customers.

Showed up to the restaurant at 11:07pm to get food on a Tuesday night and doors were locked and employee ignored me the entire time as I tried to ask through the glass door if they were closing for the night.
How could you close your doors at 11:07pm and it shows that your restaurant is open until 11:30pm.

The fried comch was good but the so-called seafood soup had no seafood. The gentleman that gelpmme did not make surenthat inhabitants at least some meat in my soup. Not good I'm very displeased with this. Probably won't return. Mayne a competitor like pepper seed will do better
