I went to Carls Seafood on University Dr. I ordered a curried goat, stew chicken and an oxtail. The food was stale. The Goat was bitter, the stew chicken tasted like dirt, and oxtail was unbearable Please do not go to this resturant... The worst Jamaican food I ever had,, DO NO GO THERE !!!!
