The patties are always good. Service is ok. They should definitely be a little more friendly. I always enjoy my patties at Charlies. They are way better than Golden Krust. I've been coming here for a few years now, and I always enjoy them. Great snack for someone on the go. Definitely worth a try if you like the Jamaican Paties.

Let's start by saying that the pastry tastes really good and is always hot and fresh but the lady in the front counter as a very poor and stink attitude this is on numerous of occasions and every single time she is the same way her attitude is very dirty. She act as if you're begging her to take your order or you're bothering her when you come to purchase food this kind of service is very terrible for customer experience if she is tired of her job she needs to find another one where she does not deal with customers. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else to take my lunch break because of this kind of service that doesn't make me enjoy my food

The Coco Bread was undercooked and soggy on the back, and they had to have changed the recipe for the Meatloaf because it does not taste the same. I'm sorry but I'm going back to the Sunrise location because I couldn't even eat my food that I was really looking forward to having, so that's money wasted.

Charlie's Pastries , the best of the best. Have had just about everything on the menu over time, and it's all good. Great location, but traffic can be a bit careless. Stay alert in that area of Sushine Plaza. So much activity going on, staying safe requires focus.

Went to Charlie’s Pastries on 09/09 to get two spicy beefs Pattie’s with bread. Upon walking in I noticed nobody was at the counter after waiting approx 15-30 sec a lady walked out and did not say a word with a face of disgust as if she did not want to be at work. I told her what I wanted and she processed the order. She gave me my change and did not show any customer service. Once I get home I look at the coco bread and that just made my stomach turn. It was very soggy and not consumable. This is terrible and I hope you guys read this. It is 2023 you gotta have customer service to make people want to come back. Your Employee Never welcomed me to the establishment. did not ask me What I would like, and did not thank me for my visit. Better customer service and better quality please.
