Let's start by saying that the pastry tastes really good and is always hot and fresh but the lady in the front counter as a very poor and stink attitude this is on numerous of occasions and every single time she is the same way her attitude is very dirty. She act as if you're begging her to take your order or you're bothering her when you come to purchase food this kind of service is very terrible for customer experience if she is tired of her job she needs to find another one where she does not deal with customers. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else to take my lunch break because of this kind of service that doesn't make me enjoy my food

This is the 1st time I've ever been disappointed after going to this location. The Coco Bread was undercooked and soggy on the back, and they had to have changed the recipe for the Meatloaf because it does not taste the same. I'm sorry but I'm going back to the Sunrise location because I couldn't even eat my food that I was really looking forward to having, so that's money wasted.

Charlie's Pastries , the best of the best. Have had just about everything on the menu over time, and it's all good. Great location, but traffic can be a bit careless. Stay alert in that area of Sushine Plaza. So much activity going on, staying safe requires focus.

Went to Charlie’s Pastries on 09/09 to get two spicy beefs Pattie’s with bread. Upon walking in I noticed nobody was at the counter after waiting approx 15-30 sec a lady walked out and did not say a word with a face of disgust as if she did not want to be at work. I told her what I wanted and she processed the order. She gave me my change and did not show any customer service. Once I get home I look at the coco bread and that just made my stomach turn. It was very soggy and not consumable. This is terrible and I hope you guys read this. It is 2023 you gotta have customer service to make people want to come back. Your Employee Never welcomed me to the establishment. did not ask me What I would like, and did not thank me for my visit. Better customer service and better quality please.

They are the absolute best. From customer service to their varieties of freshly baked food, you could never go wrong. They are my guilty pleasure ?. Bought a meatloaf and coco bread for my sister for the 1st time and they now have new customer. Love them.
I’ve only been to this location twice & both times, different cashier, same horrible experience.My first time there I had taken a drink out of the cooler and it was the last one. I asked the cashier if that was the only one they had left (obviously I knew I took the last one, but I meant if they possibly had more in the back). She responded to me saying “That’s all you see there right?”. I said yes, I see that this was all that was there but maybe you had more, don’t worry about it.I said to myself I was not going back.However, after a few weeks I went back for a friend. I was 3rd in line, there was a lady checking out & and an older guy in front of me.The lady checked out and was gathering her items while the older guy approached the counter and asked for the menu. The cashier then point at the screen and the guy responded saying he couldn’t see the screen. The cashier said well you asked for the menu and there it is. The lady who had already checked out previously told the cashier to “be nice”. The older guy started to go back and forth with the cashier. The whole situation was so embarrassing and unnecessary. The customer service in this place is horrible.

Today was my first time going to Charlie's in a couple years. Went back for that delicious red velvet cake they once carried but it wasn't there. Some imposter replacement full of filling and little cake. No biggie. I feel cheated of my money and heavily disappointed in what it's become. Paying full price for what seems like a mini patty now is a scam. It was so flat too barely any filling. Can't tell you how the patty was barely warm. Never again. Other jamaica patty place has comparable price and regular size patty that is hot and flaky. Look how it fit in the cocoa bread. Weh di rest a it? ? I got my reason to keep going to taste rite or hammonds.. sincerely, hungry patty belly
