We were a little disappointed that it didn't have a play area. We specifically came here in hopes that they'd have a play area because we were at a nearby park and got rained out. We got a few drinks and waited for the rain to calm down a little bit. Every employee was super helpful. They did not get overwhelmed when the drive thru piled up or as more people came into the dining room. Great job guys!

Little off in there this day. Took my order and sat down 15 minutes before I received my order and they forgot my shake which I had to get up and ask for it. No sauces. Service behind the counter was slow and they ordered Starbucks delivered. Everything stopped when it arrived. Not a smart thing to do at a lunch rush.

Overall loved it to have it chicken item outside,if you compare with the cost it is worthy, could have been bit better but worth penny I felt for short appetite.

First off I don’t appreciate getting skipped in line, then waiting 30 minutes to get my meal, I don’t know what happened to this chick fil a with the new remodeling and new team but this is completely awful. By the time I get my food it’s already cold.

The construction has somewhat helped the plaza traffic. It is still unclear that it's 1 lane getting into the line. Otherwise the food is as to be expected from Chik fil a. BTW I always thought it was spelled Chik fil a LOL

This place has gotten so much worse since it reopened. I came last week to get a meal that wasn't even properly cooked. Now I'm currently in the drive thru for more than 30 min + waiting on a measly sandwich and soup! This place is dropping the ball and not doing anything to make it better for their costumers. Not to mention that half of the staff is standing around inside staring at each other. I had to get out of my car to ask where my food was and who the manager was. Apparently she didn't care to even turn to acknowledge me as she was feet away. Her employer had to tap her on the shoulder.

Chick-fil-A, your coffee tastes like it was brewed in the tears of regret by a barista who forgot to set the alarm. One sip had me convinced my taste buds signed up for a disciplinary hearing. Meanwhile, your chicken is still a heavenly choir in sandwich form, and your waffle fries are more comforting than a warm bath in a thunderstorm. But please—fix that dismal cup of murky disappointment. I’d like to enjoy my breakfast without questioning every life choice I’ve made before 8 a.m.
