Chick-fil-A, your coffee tastes like it was brewed in the tears of regret by a barista who forgot to set the alarm. One sip had me convinced my taste buds signed up for a disciplinary hearing. Meanwhile, your chicken is still a heavenly choir in sandwich form, and your waffle fries are more comforting than a warm bath in a thunderstorm. But please—fix that dismal cup of murky disappointment. I’d like to enjoy my breakfast without questioning every life choice I’ve made before 8 a.m.

I bought 12 pcs nugget and I wanted two Polynesian sauces and two buffalo. As my surprise when I asked for my second Polynesian sauce, EDITH the cashier said I need to pay for the second sauce. Mind you I’m not asking for three or four; just one extra sauce besides the two that was given (1 buffalo and 1 Polynesian) This girl was so hell bent one me paying for one sauce, and when I gladly payed the 37cents SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT , SHE GAVE ME TWO FAKE RECEIPTS. I HAD TO GO INSIDE TO GET THE RECEPT SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME. I have never dealt with some petty craziness like this at chick fil a. Edith should be the LAST PERSON at the window.

They had a line wrapped around the building so I decided to walk in. There was no one in the restaurant or at the tables.. I ordered and got my food within 5 minutes...WOW 😮 that's awesome guys keep it up. What would have been my spot in the drive through line had only moved 4 cars up so I would have still been waiting in that line to order and eat...

I must say, whoever the manager is that has worked the shift around Tuesday, January 7 at 9:52 PM needs to be coached. There is no way that he or she has the nerves to have children standing outside taking orders while it’s 54° outside. God bless that young man who took my order because he could barely even talk or keep his mind straight because he was so cold even while having a jacket on. the next guy had on a hoodie and even then they couldn’t take the cold. this is not the weather to keep someone outside for so long taking orders and the most messed up part about it too is that their screen works to take orders at the drive-through, but they chose not to utilize it during these times.

Like most Chick-fil-a's, this one has excellent customer service. It's very clean, and well-maintained. Employees are always coming by the table to offer refills, and to take away trash.

There's usually a wait at the drive-through, because it's such a popular location. On my last visit, it was wrapped around the building so badly that we almost couldn't get in the parking lot. Ironically, there was no wait inside. I think it was because it was raining like crazy, so no one wanted to get out of their car.

By far the worst chic-fil-A location I’ve ever been to. The guy at the drive thru widow on 1/2/25 at 8pm is very rude. When I told him my order was he caught an attitude and insisted I return the food before they corrected my order. I wish I could give zero stars. Send that guy running drive through back to customer service training.

I am an ice connoisseur… I was enjoying my Chick-fil-A meal as one does, and upon completion, I thought it would be nice to chew the ice. Imagine my surprise AND DISGUST when I realized there was a bug in my drink! It makes one wonder if the bug made any other pit stops before landing.
