Ordered pizza to be delivered to a school for a class lunch. It showed up an hour late (after their lunchtime was over). They said they would refund me but never did. I called MULTIPLE times and was told the manager would call me back. It's been 10 days and still cant get ahold of anyone. Horrible customer service.

I ordered from this location on commercial blvd. Upon entering the store to pic up my order, another customer was already waiting. The two employees ignored us, standing there waiting. About 5-10 minutes go by and I asked the customer was he being helped and he said No. So I asked the 2 workers, Hello is anyone going to help us? The guy preparing pizza said Yes give me one sec. He and the other employee continued to work and ignore us. Another 5 minutes go by and I asked should I just come on back there and pick up my own pizzas? He then asked Ariel to help out at the front counter. Ariel was very pleasant and helpful and she apologized for the unpleasant experience. After this I will not patronize this location again. I now see why people complain about this specific store.

I submitted my order on the app as I have done many times at many different locations in multiple states, here however although my app said ready for pick up, when I went to the store it turns out they forgot to even make my order. Staff didn't care, infact they were laughing and joking around, I asked for a manager multiple times and was ignored, I eventually left without my order. Had to get food elsewhere, I had a terrible experience at this location.

The worst pizza ever. The worst quality ingredients and presentation. The girl who was making pizzas last night is sooo bad at doing her job, she should go back to French fry duty at McDonald's. I was barely able to even eat one slice. After receiving the pizza I said "thank you" and the guy didn't even reply to me. Do not waste your money or time.

I placed an order and they were out of not only the soda and the type of pizza that I ordered so they took it upon himself to make their own and send it instead of giving a courtesy call and given us an option to change anything. Paid $30 for a hand, tossed medium pizza and a 2 L Coke super upset ordered a handmade pan pepperoni and a MR. PiB. When I worked at Domino’s, I would’ve given a courtesy call to the customer and gave them a choice and let them know that we are out of the dough and out of the other sodas. Also requested plates that wasn’t brought to me and the box was open and busted when delivered. Taking a picture so you can see the pizza I paid 30 bucks for. Also uploaded receipt. Left three dollar tip for Driver, which equals 30 bucks.
I haven’t tried them years. Papa JOHNS is my go to pizza or Pizza Hut when my son just wants some pasta. We tried the viral pizza and were pleasantly surprised. You have gained a new customer. I will definitely try again.

I have been going to this Domino's for years now . TODAY an employee by the name of Jason blew my mind by creating the most beautiful pizza i have here seen . Cooked and cut perfectly. The toppings were disturbed symmetrical throughout like a work of art. It was absolutely delicious!!! Thank you Jason! For making me and my families Friday dinner amazing. I would never take the time to write this . But Jason blew my mind when I opened up that pizza box and deserves recognition. Two thumbs up to Jason.
