Does this place even have a manager? It’s like a three ring circus. Ordered a pizza for pick up the app tells me it’s ready I get there it’s not even in the oven 40 mins later. I ordered it well done it was raw. Three people asked me for my name nobody could find the order. Dough was raw. Never again.

The store was busy. The manager was very unprofessional, refused for 30min to refund my money. I talked with the CSR working about the time my order would take and he suggested canceling. Unfortunately, he could not authorize a refund, the manager needed to put in her 4 digit code and it would process. The CSR asked her several times to assist me and she refused. Eventually she hid in the back office. And her workers apologized many times. They were great. Too bad they have such poor management.

Order from any other location but here! I ordered pizza for delivery and did not even receive my pizza but they charged me and gave me a hard time with getting a refund. I should’ve known better though when i waited over an hour some months ago for a pick up order.

So I placed a delivery order around 4:30pm. It's stated a delivery eta of 26-30mins but I estimated an hour, even though it's 15 mins from the house. At 5:03pm the tracker said quality check and stayed stuck there. At 6:41pm some man has the audacity to try to delivery the pizzas. I don't even know if it was cold at that point and I didn't even care. Told buddy to get lost. I think they purposely delay your order if you purchase a coupon special. Order was $21 bucks for 2 medium pizzas.
I ordered my food, and noticed that it was marked as delivered an hour later. When I called the store, they immediately offered a refund, or asked if I wanted them to follow up with the driver. After waiting another five minutes, I was told that the person “delivered it to my address“ which clearly had not happened, hence the call. I requested a refund, and was told it would take 5 to 10 business days. Don’t order delivery from here.

At this point I’m tired of calling in about my pizza looking like it fell on the floor, the first time I had this issue I called in and they sent out a 2nd pizza with the same toppings as this one and it came looking perfect… the 2nd time I called and and they told me I would have to come in for my pizza when it was for delivery… I can’t wait to post my foods review on this… please get this location right… let’s not forget having to wait 3 hrs one time for delivery….

Worst customer service ever. The lady that serviced me had a terrible attitude. She was so unhappy I didn’t even want the food anymore but I had waited so long I just wanted to leave. She never smiled. She was very rude to other customers and not helpful at all. She wouldn’t help with the order she wouldn’t help with referring specials made us look it up online. Never told us the price after making the order with the gift card information she put in. We just didn’t know anything. We waited for over an hour. She never greeted the customers coming in and acted like you just wasn’t allowed to ask questions. Plenty customers were coming in and just leaving after seeing how unhappy she was slamming stuff and throwing things around. The phone rang the whole time nobody answered the phone. I took a bite of the pizza and was just so unhappy after seeing her unhappy I couldn’t help but think she was so mad she may have done something to it so I don’t even want it. I’m a fan of customer service. She didn’t have a name tag but she was of African American decent and she had two braids. I will never visit this Dominos ever again and I don’t recommend this type of service on my enemy’s.

I can see by the reviews that this location has problems...wish i had looked at them before patronizing this store.. Tried ordering a pizza at this location..was an online order only deal apparently....and there were definitely complications in communication with THE KID working the counter. Had to call a different location to find out that I could order online and pay at the store to receive the deal i was trying to order. Placed my order online as I was already there...while I was waiting i noticed some cool sunset clouds and started taking some pics...THE KID...(mind you..this is an instore employee, not a third party delivery person or random jerk, but the person I had just dealt with in store) had gotten off work while I was placing my order and was in the parking lot about 50-75 yards away and started yelling at me about taking pictures??? ...of him??? ...and proceeded to approach and threaten me with a violent outcome if I didn't stop taking pics of him lol...as I was not the least bit intimidated he did back down...but the point is no one should have to worry about taking pictures in public and/or being threatened or assaulted by employees of any business they visit for doing so..especially over a mediocre meal at best. Will never use that store again..and there's plenty of other pizza joints besides dominos that deserve my business. I just wanted some dinner...Completely disappointed in my visit to dominos Commercial Blvd 2400 B location today. The pizza was hot...only because I was the delivery person ha...but only soso...typical dominos pizza. I've had much better food and service
...also noticed all the negative reviews for this store i read after the fact...not a single one was addressed by management or owners with an apology or commitment to remedy issues that any customers have had...tried customer service...also laughable...Js..my advice...try some place else
