Please believe the reviews. No wonder this place has 2 stars. One box of chicken was missing, the other one had a microwave taste was not done. We was missing an order of chicken, order a 2 liter Pudd and got a 20oz for a family of 4 to find out it don’t come in 2lt but it allow you to order. The nasty chicken with the microwave taste was covered in blue cheese, when it should have been garlic parmesan. I been calling this place since April 2 and it now April 4. I spoke with two managers Taz & Ped neither was able to help. I guess they are there to pick up the food once it drop ?. No customer service at all. I call 5pm today ask for the general manager Herbert, the young man Brandon put me on hold came back ask me what did I want him for. I said an order. He placed me on hold for 3 mins he came back and said sorry he is here try back in 15-20 mins. There is no cooperate number you can communicate with it’s either Ai or Bot. Never mind the diver she another story smh all out in the front yelling this all she got she got so many orders. That’s not my fault everything is ghetto here. Go down the street to Marcos take your time and money. I wish I would of thought to take pics of the chicken.

Last night I placed a pizza deliveryorder around 8:42pm the driver Sydney didn't arrive until 10:18pm. When Sydney arrived he was rude and belligerent, he got out of his vehicle and begin yelling, once I told him I was the customer and that he had no right speaking to me in that way. He then proceeded to get into his vehicle and pulled off with my food. To top it off, once I got to the store to speak to a manager I was approached by the pizza maker portraying to be the manager, and he thought my concerns were humorous about the way the driver treated a loyal customer sad and unprofessional on both sides, and for that I will never spend another dime with domino's again.

Placed an online order, couldn't use my digital gift card, and was instructed to use it in store. Got to the store and was told I can't use a digital gift card and have to use credit or debit card. I asked for a manager, the manager didn't bother to come out. I left. I hope the manager and staff enjoy my pizza. I'm currently at Papa John's where I used my digital gift card in their app.

Ordered pan pizza. The cheese wasn't melted, toppings barely warm and the worse part was the middle was pure doe. Turn up the oven or slow it down please.

The worst place to go . Customer service sucks. The fat guy that wears the slides, I guess he's the supervisor has horrible cudtomer service. I went there 2 weeks ago and after an hour and a half my order was not ready and no one seemed to care not did any apologize for the lengthy wait. Therefore I will be going to pizza hut or papa John. Im tired of the continuous abuse. Do better dominos!!!!

Ok, new to the neighborhood, getting to know what's what..?I understand there is a general 'inflation' of prices - for everything..But, you can't hike up the price $$$ - TAKE AWAY PARTICIPATION of this franchise -DOMINO'S REWARDS..?THEN, give people these types of servings:1. (Picture provided, please scroll...)I ordered, 16 pieces of boneless chicken...THEY LITERALLY COUNTED THEM LITTLE KNOTS OF BREADED NOTHING - AS A SERVING OF CHICKEN.IT'S LIKE A SIX PIECE, AT BEST.::: and then:::2. (PICTURE PROVIDED: PLEASE SCROLL)THIS SANDWICH, IS JUST SAD AND LONELY ... Along w/my appetite right now...sad & LONELY...??‍♂️.It's pizza y'all, ya gotta try to get it this wrong - for people to even notice a failed 'FRANCHISE'..?.Someone, jump in and help these people... Terrible service! The store manager Hebert or whoever it is cause they are liars is a joke! Ridiculous. Incompetent. He should be fired! No customer service training was done what so ever. The worst Dominos I’ve ever experienced. They never delivered my food, the tracker said my food was delivered when indeed it was not. 2 hours later when I called them to ask what was going on? No apology, no rectifying the issue, just a noisy unprofessional background and an we will cancel the order. Do you think it was cancelled? I waited 2-3 business days just to see that I was charged for an order I never received. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

Ridiculous customer service! Manger has and I don’t care attitude instead of try to rectify the problem! No answers the phone and when you can to the store everyone is in the back eating or playing but then tells you there’s a long wait to make the pizza that they said was already delivered but it never showed.

They must have new management now because they have improved dramatically with their delivery times. I think they have some deal going on with Uber Eats which is a good thing. They actually brought my last 2 orders as quickly as Papa John's if not faster.

Apparently Robert the delivery driver thinks it's okay to call customers Black N- words because he can't properly read addresses. and the Manager is clearly okay with this occurring despite being black himself. My order was already late, I had the full address down and everything, I was waiting on the phone and everything outside, Robert was blaring his horn honking at me like I was an animal, called me all types of names, THREATENED ME not to deliver the food I clearly paid for because I wasn't going to sit and tolerate his disrespect, called me all the names in the book including racial slurs.

This is probably the worst experience I've had with Domino's I should have looked at the stars on the ratings for a 2.8 I should have looked at before I ordered driver having no idea where it's going dropping off my food somewhere who knows where and it's been almost 40 minutes I am very very very very very very very very very serious and Domino's read the reviews you don't don't deserve a star disappointed at this this is unacceptable and last time this happened they brought my piece of cold dry and thin I didn't ask for that and then I was trying to be polite didn't say anything but now I told them I mean I would not be ordering from them again I've called them and now I called them 20 times in the last 20 minutes
