Worst service ever, I've never experience anything like this before, you come in and nobody comes to attend or greed you, after more than 10 min standing there and you call for help, they send you to the pick up area to order from the person in the window, the want you to scream to that person because she doesn't want to move from there, food takes for ever, since you have to order from far away they don't take your order correctly, and when they bring your food they put it in a rack, not even bagged properly, and if you ask, they give you a plastic bag for you to bag it your self. I don't even know how they are still open, the marijuana smell its awful. they need to replace all employees for new people that really wants to work, they don't look like they want to work. 0.0.0.0.0. I ordered 2 chicken bacon croissant's and they purposely didn’t put the bacon on both sandwiches . Charged me extra for the sweet black pepper bacon and still didn’t put it on it . I would’ve called but their number on Google doesn’t work . What a shame

Just came to this location to get some donuts and heat up my babies milk. My husband got down and asks the lady cashier in the front (03/07/2026 at 4pm) “hey can I heat up my babies water?” And she goes “no” and he goes “you can’t plug it in?” And she goes “I’m not plugging nothing in”. Never have I ever went somewhere and was denied to HEAT my babies WATER up. I will be contacting corporate because you don’t deny someone to heat up there babies water. The lady in the front got an attitude, she should not be working in customer service!! Y’all need to do better picking your employees. HORRIBLE!!

1:15pm apparently all the machines are down....you only can get ice coffee and donuts. While the young lazy worker's friend is sitting in the lobby....he needs to be fired...I don't think I will return ever for my mid day break if this kid is on the clock

I went to Dunkin’ and ordered before a large rush of people (maybe 6–10), but somehow I was the last person to get my order. When I asked about it, the shift leader, GG, rudely told me to wait. The restaurant itself was also very messy—the tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. The only positive part of my visit was Kevin, who was kind and helpful.

After my 8 hour overnight shift I was just hoping to get a little breakfast & coffee. they’ve been open for 30 minutes yet the lady said she cannot access the register so if I’m not paying cash , she “cannot help me” had to leave empty handed because I only could pay with card . Worse experience ever yesterday I uber eat this croissant egg and bacon, after one bite i felt something was off, I open the croissant and found out the egg had mold in it. I am so pissed and disgusted how could yall serve this to customers? And I haven’t been feeling well since yesterday after seeing this if there was a zero star option I would put it on there and i will never buy from Dunkin donuts anymore and I want other people to see this be aware of it the order came from that specific location how could someone serve this to someone else and try to put yourself in that person’s shoes i am very disappointed
