I came to Fort Lauderdale for study. Two mornings in a row I went for food, I had never tried Dunkin and I liked it. The second morning there was a misunderstanding on both my part and the employee's, because my colleague (who does not speak English) had a juice and they had not charged for it in the order and we dont motive it. They waited for us to leave and came out of the establishment to yell at me that I'm a thief and that they were going to call the police. Neither the cashier nor the one who makes the coffee had any manners. It wasn't the right way because it was all a misunderstanding and he humiliated me in front of all the clients. I will never return, I am a tourist and I am very sad about the situation. It felt like racism because i’m latina the way they treated me.

This store it’s one of the nastiest stores I’ve ever been in all the tiles are coming up so you could fall and hurt yourself. The workers are rude. Coffee sucks in this whole place is rundown. Very poor management manager of this store needs to be fired and replaced.

The coffee is delicious and the donuts are baked fresh. I love coming here for my morning wake me up. The sandwiches are delicious and the coffee gets me going. I will always keep coming back here because they are very professional and take their customers serious.
Favorite Dunkin! Staff is friendly and service is quick and efficient and my coffee and food are always good.

The coffee and donut were fine. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The place has poor curb appeal, unfortunately, and the tables were not very clean. The employees' attitudes made up for the atmosphere faults.

I politely requested suggestion regarding my coffee and got a "figure it out" as response with the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in my many years experience in the food industry.What followed was even worse. I even felt discriminated against. If she does not like her job, that's ok, but customers come for a pleasant experience, not to be treated s poorly. Someone who's that rude should not be in that position.I went back requesting the manager and according to her, they were not in the building.Michael, on the other hand, delivers great service.I need a refund.
