Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Me and my gf got fried chicken and the chicken tasted old. It almost tasted like they saved the chicken from days before and re fried it in the same old oil it was not edible. Service was good though.

Staff greeted us upon entering and we're very courteous and patient while we decided what wanted . NO ATTITUDE. THANK YOU

Food was decent. Customer service needs work. After ordering dinner plates and reaching the checkout counter, we requested patties. One of serving personnel was visibly upset at the request and upon handing us the patties, scolded us telling us next time request with the other worker.
Been a long-time patron of the Golden krust chain, never experienced this vibe and will not be back to this location.

Oxtail gravy is DELICIOUS

I've been to every Golden Krust within a 5miles radius of this location and there's no question that this is the best. The food is consistently good and the best tasting of the others I've been too.

I don’t usually do reviews unless customers service is TOP TIER-

1- inside is clean and neat
2- employees are always on the Go and help each others
3- There a gentleman who served me “Mike” is his name. He was very gentle in everything he did. He was very curtsy towards every customer. He’s demeanor was so kind and sincere that even myself felt good. These are the type of employees that deserves to be promoted!

I ordered 2 oxtail dinners, was very disappointed with the amount of fat within the oxtails. The tables were dirty. Not sure if I will visit again.
