The cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen. the food is fresh and the veggies they put on the sandwich are farm fresh. I can't find anything negative to say about this store.

i stop by the store on Sunday after 11 and there was sign that says closed for today but google says they are open and so does online ordering. My real problem is i place an order in which i thought was from this location but it wasn't but if they had been open as they advertise, they are I would have found out that i order it at the wrong place and could have gone to the correct location get my sandwich

I just got off of the phone with the owner/manager of this location. His name is Theo. He was very rude and stated I am calling at his busiest time aka lunchtime. He said he doesn’t have time to correct my food when I called due to an error being made on my sandwich. I will be calling corporate next due him being unprofessional and rude. Thank you Theo.

Please don’t offer awards if you don’t give them even if you offer to show it in the app. Last time I order if I can’t redeem rewards. A scam. And don’t expect to get “extra” toppings as in onions and peppers because they do not.

I received a coupon on back of receipt from grocery store for a free bag of chips or cookie with purchase of a sandwich. I was told that the manager said they no longer accept the coupon.
It’s odd and likely illegal to refuse to accept a valid coupon. Seems strange and like a bait and switch tactic. I’ll drive further down the road to firehouse subs they’re better quality anyways.
