I wanted to give this Jimmy Johns a shout out. It seems the franchise ownership has changed. That said, the service and quality are 10 times better than they have been over the last few years. It seems a small family took on the franchise license, or something. Whatever the change, it has improved dramatically, I hope others will give this new group a fair shot and some new ratings to get their rating back up. Thanks!

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. When I tried to ask a question about the menu, the staff member I spoke with didn’t seem very interested or helpful in guiding me toward the best options. I ordered a toast sandwich, but since they don’t have an oven, it was just heated on the griddle and didn’t come out toasted as expected.
On the positive side, the cashier was very kind and polite, even though their register wasn’t working properly. I ended up being charged twice, but I assume my bank will correct it in a few days.
Overall, I appreciated the friendly service at the register, but the lack of helpfulness from the staff and the food not matching expectations left me disappointed.

I don't often review fast food chains, but this location is outstanding. Orders are typically accurate and delivered quickly or ready for pickup in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and excel at customer service. On the rare occasion that there has been an issue with an order, it was resolved quickly. Josh is a stand out for customer service. What I most like is the ease of online ordering and the ability to customize your sandwiches down to the smallest detail.

PHIL, the owner, and his TEAM are like a WELL - OILED MACHINE. Not only do the CRANK OUT sandwiches FREAKY FAST - they're are DELICIOUS, FRESH & the SERVICE is top notch.
I love being greeted the moment I get in and THANKED as I leave. I feel very APPRECIATED by the CREW!!
So if your looking for a FRESH MEAL and don't have lots of TIME - go see PHIL and get a SUPER DELICIOUS MEAL, FREAKY FAST!!

The manager is nasty will argue with you instead of trying to fix the issue, I was not happy with the sandwich I paid $9, they piled it with cheese and the bread was hard. He says if he feels the issue is valid I will get a refund, your not the consumer! Do not support this location!
