Extreamly slow service. Not a single customer in the store and they took 10 full minutes to prepare a bowl, a biscuit and a chicken little sandwich I ordered at 11:49 am and recieved my order at 11:59 am after asking about it several times.

The last four times I have gone to this location they have not had what I wanted.
How can you be a chicken place and not have chicken ready to sell, asking customer to wait five to ten minutes while it cooks is ridiculous. Offering to switch my order and then tell me they would have it ready in 10 minutes.
Worse is when I get the order it tase like it was cooked in burnt grease. No flavor just burnt. Since they are the only location in the area I went back bust last night will be the last time for me. Employees are rude, send out my order and they walk to three different cars before they come to me. And was not sure of what they order was.
Here's something else , when I said okay to remove one piece of chicken the cost only went down by one dollar. I asked so one chicken breast is only one dollar. Her answer was no it's more but that's all she could take off my charge. MAKES NO SENSE !
Fast for is only fast going through you when you eat it, no way is it a service company pride them selves on.
The colonel would not be proud of this place.

This is 5he second time I'm coming here for 5he month. The 1st time the young lady barely spoke English & messed up my order. Now, today, I ordered one large potato wedges and they told me to pull to the front for two minutes. It took almost 20 minutes for them to complete my order,which I had to go inside to get. UNACCEPTABLE 😡😡😡😡

Went thru drive thru waited 15 minutes for food Got 8 tenders for two people looks like they cut 3 tenders into 8 pieces Orders mashed potatoes no gravy came out with gravy all over it and had to wait for that to be fixed Now I remember why I stopped eating out

The lady that take the drive thru orders need a moment to herself to breathe. She's embarrassing the company for no reason with that attitude. Only reason I been back is because the food good. I feel like I'm getting KFC from Jamaican servers. I'm Jamaican and don't act like that. Take ppl order politely and keep it moving lady. Somebody going to curse you out one day at that window and the funny part is she in the back and never brings the food out. She know what she doing. Get prayer maam.
