The lady that take the drive thru orders need a moment to herself to breathe. She's embarrassing the company for no reason with that attitude. Only reason I been back is because the food good. I feel like I'm getting KFC from Jamaican servers. I'm Jamaican and don't act like that. Take ppl order politely and keep it moving lady. Somebody going to curse you out one day at that window and the funny part is she in the back and never brings the food out. She know what she doing. Get prayer maam.

This KFC is a quiant little place. I was surprised by how nice it was. The interior is so nice. Its almost like a cozy coffee shop. Nice place to have lunch or dinner and they made the food good when I went. Two thumbs up.

For a kfc with very few, if any customers they are extremely slow. I see the drive through line going through all the time but for some reason it takes them 15 minutes to make a 3 piece combo when I walk in to pickup. I'll stick to the popeyes down the street.

The food is great the service could use some improvement, once they take an order the cashier heads to the back to fulfill the order instead of taking the next person's order. I guess they are under staffed. They took 5 to 10 minutes to give me my order. I guess it was because either it was not cooked or again under staffed. Overall I enjoy the food.

For a long time, I had fond memories of KFC in different countries, states and cities. The atmosphere of their restaurants, but above all the flavor of the chicken, allowed us to share many times as a family. A few days ago, on the way to my oldest son's house, I stopped by the KFC drive thru, on Tamarac, University and 58th St. I ordered a family combo of 8 pieces and 2 sizes. I paid and then they told me to go and park and they will let me know when my order is ready. They took too long so I got out of the car and went in but no one attended to me. “Hello,” “hello,” but there was no response. I continued waiting and a lady came out with my order. I asked him why it took him so long to come out and he just smiled. I was already late. I ran away with that bitter taste in my mouth that leaves you waiting long for no reason. I arrived at my son's house and “boommm”……I took out the box of chicken and what I found were pieces of “something similar to chicken” but that I really think were from “pigeons”. The pieces were extremely small. Not know what to do. I drove 30 minutes to my son's house to have to return with the food to file a claim. Honestly I'm disappointed. My son told me, “Daddy, I think the tradition we had of eating KFC should stay in the past. They are no longer the same products that you bought us when we were children. I actually think that way too. But I don't think anyone else should have to live this bad experience. NO MORE KFC.

The chicken tenders resembled deep-fried tofu, the fries had no taste, the biscuits were incredibly dry, and the chicken sandwich contained pockets of still-raw meat.
