I placed an order for pick up for 6:15 AM. When I arrived at 6:10 (location opens at 6) there was no one at the location. Doors were locked, lights were off. There wasn’t even a car in the parking lot. Around 6:25 a woman came in and was able to help me. I explained I had an online order, she was clueless that there was even an order placed. I got my order and was on my way by 6:35. I was on an extreme time crunch so this caused a delay in the event I was hosting. When I called in the following morning to express my concern, Maria the manager answered, she also advised she was the person who helped me the previous morning. She treated me with the utmost disrespect. She yelled at me, she spoke over me, she would not let me express my concern and ultimately, ended up hanging up on me. She told me she did not want my business and I sure hope she knows, she will NEVER get my business again! That is no way to treat a customer. Or treat anyone in general. Maria, shame on you for running a business this way.

I have gone 3 different times in the past week when the light is on either outside or on the app and I have been told they don’t have hot donuts. I’m really disappointed! This hasn’t happened to me with any other location. Needless to say I will not be trying a 4th time :(

This was my first time having Gloria help me through the drive-thru, and I was so impressed! Her customer service skills are amazing—she was kind, professional, and made the experience extra enjoyable. Krispy Kreme is blessed to have her!
I travel all the way from Homestead, FL. which is about an hour drive to this location to purchase doughnuts atleast once a month. The best Krispy Kreme in South Florida, once you try them you always come back. 😊🍩

Hi there, I went to Krispy Kreme for the First time the other night, and what a kind and genuine experience I had. I went there to get the Harry Potter Donuts for my Friend. They held the donuts to the side for me! When I got there I had a hard time working the app. Forgot my card, didn't have tap pay... They sat with me through the app trying to figure it out with me. They Were very Patient even with others around while keeping Service flowing. We Got it to work! And everything was fresh and DELICIOUS. Thank you for the little bit of joy you delivered! The Wonderful Crew who served me was Miss Gloria, I believe a Miss Claude and a young gentleman in the back who was also extremely polite and helpful.
