My wife and I ordered the bandeja paisa on Sat, March 16, 2024. Overall it was great as it comes with a fried egg, rice, half an avocado, pork belly, steak and the dry food item (forgot the name of it). Plenty of seating inside and many patrons dining in as well as ordering from the bakery. The servers are prompt to make sure you order comes out in a timely fashion. The only con is the pork belly is rather salty.

Terrible!!! They charged me the amount twice because it was a mistake by theSystem that same day I contacted trying to talk to the manager I left my information today is Monday night and no one has answered me until now on Saturday a girl Jeimi helped me who said she would solve something for me and that she would call me the next day and nothing they have zero respect by the client started with the manager who very surely and more than demonstrated that she cares five about what happens to the restaurant that she is in charge of due to this absence of leadership management and lack of respect for clients, for me it is A place that is not recommended, it was the first time I went and it will be the last. You should think twice before going tomorrow. I will try to get my money back to see if the manager with whom I don't even want to talk or the owner who is going downhill can finally help me. free with those terrible employees who represent him

The products are very good but the service is terrible, particularly the attention of Ms. Yeimy. Bad attitude when responding and recommending their products, zero empathy and customer service.

Visited the location today and was shocked at the terrible service I received. From having the bakery cashier take our order (stepped away from her station) to attend to the table to never coming back to check on us to bring a dressing. When the other employees brought our food we asked questions about our meal bc it was wrong she immediately said that this wasn’t her table. Not once did any of the employees came to check on us. Instead they were all standing by the cashier just talking. I had to basically yell to grab am attention since everytime I would make eye contact they would simply ignored me. To top it off before writing this review I went on google to search and you can see all the negative reviews are about the service. Very sad knowing the food is descent. Clearly no administration is shown.

One of the best authentic Colombian empanadas in Broward, growing up in Colombia I can tell you these are definitely spot on and are nothing short of what you would expect from abuela's empanadas. Also their house made aji (spicy sauce) is to die for!!!

The food is delicious, 100% Colombian but the service is not the best, the girls do 10 things at a time.

Several times the cooks have been informed that the parakeet holes are for people, not for animals, the way they make them and serve them really makes you think they are very bad.
