So I've eaten here multiple times over the years but today's service was concerning. The food was ok per usual the location is convenient but my issue is with cleanliness while handling the food. I placed my order today which took a while because the person on the register was in the back. She took my order with gloves on... initially didn't think much of it. While waiting there were a number of things that disturbed me. The same girl who took my order was clearing plates from earlier guests using her gloved hand to swipe the food in the garbage while holding the plate with the other. Again didn't think much of it... UNTIL seconds later (with the same gloves) she was wiping down trays and cleaning silverware to put in the packets on the tray grabbing them from the eating end. This was all in a 3- 5 min period. So now im staring hoping she doesn't touch my food.... she didn't but she did bring someone else's food out. Mine came up right after and the girl who grabbed it and brought it to the bagging area seemingly just got off break. They're all standing around the bagging area talking with a guy who i assume is the manager for a while as im staring waiting for my food. One girl heavily biting something off her finger (im assuming a hangnail) then brushing her nose as if it were itching. THIS young lady is who then picked up my food and bagged it. No hand washing, no gloves...just spit and boogers. I was in a rush and didn't wanna cause a scene but in my head had already decided I wasn't going back there ever. Prayed over my food and got ready to eat...opened my corn....and there was hair. I'm too pissed. NEVER AGAIN. I should truly call the health dept

The employees had a very carefree and pleasant attitude. It's just that my order was a takeout order and I had to check my bag and ask for napkins and utensils. Plus the amount you get for a family meal wasn't much.

When you first walk in, it smells like a dirty toilet bowl like backed up bathroom please turn me off when we first walked in horrible places is dirty. Counters are dirty. Very nasty people. I asked for grilled onions on my chicken grilled chicken they said because we’re giving you onions on your salad, we can’t why not I go to the one in Margate. They don’t have a problem with it never heard of such a thing.

La Granja raised their price of the SMALL CHICKEN BOWL from $7 to $8 & now $8.99. This increase transpired since about June of this year. The portion of food is a joke compared to before their increases. Four miniature pieces of chicken is what they put in. We pay $2 more for less food. UNACCEPTABLE. Will no longer buy from there.

As a constant travel throughout the tricounty and visiting multiple locations during the week this one is by far food wise the least amount i have ever gotten in protein to the point of me taking my time to write a review. All the other locations serve just enough or more than enough to not complain at all. Here come to eat just rice a d beans for 15+ a plate And stay away from the big steak bowl. Way overpriced for what you get

Ordered the 8 dollar lunch special and the rice was soggy and very sticky. Tasted disgusting. And the chicken was not cleaned at all there was maybe 2 ounces of actual meat on the thigh, barely seasoned and smelled funky

Very poor service. They do not have a facility suitable for people with disabilities. I had my service animal with me, and I was denied entry. The manager, named Ana, treated me disrespectfully, using rude language and criticizing everything I tried to say.
I visited that restaurant for the first time with my children, and it was mostly empty, with only one other customer there. We waited at our table for about 5 to 10 minutes, but no one came to ask what we wanted. There were three staff members standing nearby, but they didn’t approach us at all. We eventually decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone, and it was dirty as well.
