**** FOOD SEEKERS BEWARE!!!! If youâre looking for friendly staff and kind service, please just keep driving. This place is not it⊠I ordered 3 nugget meals and 2 drinks. I paid at the first window the gentleman gave me my card and receipt back. I move to the next window. The young juvenile that was working on 12/7 between 3:30-4pm handed me the first bag that had half of my order in it and proceeded to hand me the two drinks that were drenched in soda. I pulled my hand back and asked the young juvenile male can you wipe the drinks down please, which he replied âthere are napkins in the bagâ, I said excuse me what? He repeated his statement, and I asked him âis that how you speak to a paying customerâ? He paused while looking at me and stated âthereâs napkins in the bagâ. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was apologetic, but it should have never got to that point. He offered to wipe them down for me but at that point with that type of customer service I was afraid to hand anything back to them not knowing what could possibly be done to my childrenâs food. After driving off come to find they did not provide not one single dipping sauce for 3 separate nugget order. This location should be shut down and everyone should go through retraining for the basics courteous, polite, and simply getting a 3 part order correct.

Window was slow..over 12.00 for a quarter pounder, sm drink, fries. There was more grease in the quarter pounder container than I have cooking a quarter pound of bacon. Will never eat at another McDonald's

Today in afternoon, after school my son and friends walked to McDonaldâs in Tamarac to dine in for lunch and the manager ELIANA started to yell at the kids get out get out get out grab your food and leave for no reason the kids were doing absolutely nothing wrong they weâre just buying food and weâre force to leave and eat in the McDonalds parking lot in hot sun waiting for the parents.I would like McDonalds Corporate to investigate the camera's between 4pm - 5pm on todays date 10/1/24 and see how this crazy manager Eliana is treating miners and customers sheâs was very rude and very nasty to the kids and I talked to her and the other parents and asked her why she was being so nasty and unprofessional with the kids and all she could answer back to me and the parents of the kids is the kids weâre supposed to just buy the food and leave McDonalds that is discrimination and totally uncalled for very unprofessional.Now I see why this McDonalds in this location only has 3 stars and I donât recommend this McDonalds location.

Nobody says anything to you at the drive-thru speaker. Nobody acknowledges your presence when you drive to the first window, confused. You tell them your mobile pick up code. They say nothing back. You drive to the second window, even more bewildered. They hand you your food, you leave as you hear them trash talking you as you drive off. I just want damn food, not a middlschool amount of immature drama and tension. These people definitely spit in your food just for existing. There's plenty of other McDonald's to go to, don't even risk it with this one.

Just look at the previous complaints of this location. Now there's video evidence of the behavior of the staff at this location.
Refusing service via discrimination, general manager is extremely unprofessional (as previously mentioned in other reviews of this location), calling law enforcement over accountability. Just a fun fact, filing a false police report or mis-using 911 services is illegal. Given the viral video and the comments of this location, area/regional manager should consider protecting the company from a lawsuit since they clearly have no interests in hiring competent employees.
