I was treated for nasty by Danny whom was working at the drive thru window. I placed my order stating no salt on the fries. My daughter cannot have salt. I confirm with the young man whom took the order. The receipt stated french fries no salt. Danny had given me my food no ice in my soda. I asked can I please have ice. Upon checking the french fries they had salt on them. So I asked Danny for the manager. The manager was very apologetic about the situation. The manager told me he had a batch of fries that were almost ready. He will make sure I get some without salt. So as I am sitting in the drive thru waiting I asked Danny my I have my soda. As I was speaking to Danny he closes the window in screams through the close window the manager will give it to me. The soda was sitting on the counter next to Danny. I told the manager how I was treated by Danny as I was telling the manager about what occurred. Danny was in the back ground being very rude and disrespectful. The manager witness this. He stated he will talk to Danny. I feel I was stereotyped and handle very nasty because of my race. I will have my firm file a complaint with corporate.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The service was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. They lied and said they didn’t have Hi-C Fruit Punch, then gave me the wrong drink only for my mother to walk in right after and order the exact drink they claimed wasn’t available. On top of that, my food was cold, and the staff had the nerve to be nasty about it. There’s no excuse for that kind of treatment. I would never eat here again, and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

My local mcdonalds, im here a few times a week, my orders are always done right & quickly.
**** FOOD SEEKERS BEWARE!!!! If you’re looking for friendly staff and kind service, please just keep driving. This place is not it… I ordered 3 nugget meals and 2 drinks. I paid at the first window the gentleman gave me my card and receipt back. I move to the next window. The young juvenile that was working on 12/7 between 3:30-4pm handed me the first bag that had half of my order in it and proceeded to hand me the two drinks that were drenched in soda. I pulled my hand back and asked the young juvenile male can you wipe the drinks down please, which he replied “there are napkins in the bag”, I said excuse me what? He repeated his statement, and I asked him “is that how you speak to a paying customer”? He paused while looking at me and stated “there’s napkins in the bag”. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was apologetic, but it should have never got to that point. He offered to wipe them down for me but at that point with that type of customer service I was afraid to hand anything back to them not knowing what could possibly be done to my children’s food. After driving off come to find they did not provide not one single dipping sauce for 3 separate nugget order. This location should be shut down and everyone should go through retraining for the basics courteous, polite, and simply getting a 3 part order correct.

The service was excellent. The Jamaican guy who i think was the manager was great. Has great energy and it transfers to the other staff as they all smile and have great service. 5 star
