This particular location has the worse staff. No acknowledgement to your consumer. Sassy responses. God forbid you ask for the açaí bowl they advertise in their establishment (3 different kinds)and the teenage girl doesn’t want to make it. You have to do better.

This Menchie’s location is by far one of the best I’ve been too. Toppings are always filled with the variety being much wider than other locations. The staff at hand is friendly and always willing to give opinions on flavors and combinations. (The sample cups are kept behind the counter so if you want to make your own combinations, just ask ?) Super worth the drive from Hollywood and I look forward to checking the Instagram weekly for new flavors!

When I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed by the employees. And up front one of the employees was on there phone(she had short hair I believe , I don’t know her name )?? I didn’t know it was a hang out sesh? Flavors were bland too.definitely expected better . What a shame

Came in with my husband in the evening the whole place was a mess. The counters were messy. Nothing was stocked several soft serve ice cream were out three employees in the counter, talking some of them on the phone, even when I came to the counter with my husband to ring up the items and then was half on the phone and half ringing up. This place used to be amazing, even remember when the owner used to work here at night lately we don’t see the owner anymore. The people that are here and not quality people. Terrible customer service. I don’t think I’ll come back here again.

Won't go back. All of the yogurt dispensed was basically no better than thick soup. Completely melted within a few minutes. Should take out the tip option since your workers don't even have the ability to greet anyone on the way in and are busy talking to each other about social topics. Last, don't ever reply to a comment saying "sorry you feel this way" or correct people saying their poor experience is their fault. This is blaming your patrons for their interpretation of their experiences and not taking any responsibility and by reading your responses you seem to do this routinely in many ways. If you can't take constructive criticism and use it as opportunities to do better and thank people for their input, you should do something else.To potential patrons, just open your google maps and types in "frozen yogurt near me". There are better quality options in the area and shops more deserving of your business.

Every product is delicious. But you have no idea how much money you'll be spending. Prices are not mentioned. The cashier has no idea how it is valued. She claims to only push buttons when questioned. If you're worried about the product's level of naturalness, check the ingredients list online at the website.
