0 stars. The most disgusting service I have ever experienced. The manager burnt the cookies, and when I asked him to remake them or give me a refund, he crumbled the cookies in my face and told me to eat them. He told me to come in the back to see how its made. I was the only person in the store and feared for my life. Then again, I was denied a refund. I'm still considering posting the entire interation.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Midnight Cookies. On Tuesday, I received a text from the company offering me a “Spend $10, get a free cookie” reward, valid until October 22. Excited to redeem it, I drove to my nearest location, only to be told by the employee that they no longer use that platform and haven’t for some time.

I would have understood if this offer was outdated, but it wasn’t—I had just received the text days ago! I even called another location to double-check, and the employee there confirmed that the only place honoring the reward is in MIAMI. I live in Broward, and the platform clearly shows my local store as a participating location! Why would I need to drive all the way to Miami to redeem something I earned from my regular visits?

This is unacceptable. I’ve supported Midnight Cookies for a while, but this experience has left a sour taste. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sure to let my friends and family know about the lack of transparency and poor customer service. It’s disappointing to see a local business handle things so unethically.

What a nice surprise! My partner is in the hospital nearby and wanted something "dessert-ish" after having some cabin fever (and limited hispital menu), I got the Cookie a la Mode for him, and it changes his whole demeanor. It was decadent...thanks! 😀

I’ve been following them for some time on instagram. Finally got to try them on DoorDash. The cookies were amazing. I enjoyed the cookie and creme big signature cookies. Then red velvet.

Stop by this place the other night when craving some late night munchies, it was GREAT! cookies were awesome and the red velvet was just delicious! Prices are good, service is welcoming! coming back!
