I placed a order over the phone for 1 slice of pizza, the owner let me now it’s only a 10 min wait for delivery.. after a hour of waited I contacted store, I asked about my order they advised me that I can’t get compensated for my time and there poor customer service skills cause I was on hold for LONG PERIODS OF TIME. And also they tolled me the driver took my order and it over a hour so there my food would have been cold . When I’m only 3 mins away from the location . Over all customer service skills where poor

Called in and asked about a promotional offer I received in the mail. Promo reads: Tues and Wed Large cheese pizza 9.95 expiration 3/31/23. Guy that answered said it must be an old promotion and didn't know what I was talking about. I let him know it says it expires on 3/31/23. Its fine that he didn't want to honor the coupon that they spend money on mailing to homes for advertisement, but the fact that he didn't even bother verifying the information is just bad customer service. Not a good look.

My husband and I love this place???. The lasagna is so yummy and cheesey, its the only place we order it from! We have had the pizza, chicken parm, stuffed shells and its all been very tastey! Oh can not forget the garlic butter rolls fresh. out of the oven..my fav!! This place is a little piece oh heaven!!
Chicken Marsala was delicious with large portion. Chicken Pastini soup was homemade and yummy. Service was excellent. Dinner specials are reasonably priced.

This is the only place in Broward county where I could sit and have the best pizza. I'm not a fan of pizzas, but its the only place where you can have like a NY Style pizza. Its crunchy, the dough is amazing and the sauce is even better!!!

Our 1st and last time ordering here. Pizza beyond soggy, garlic bread tasted like water and oil, and meatballs tasted frozen. The kids didn't eat any of it at all.

One star is too generous. First time I came in here was a few years ago. Ordered take out. Wasn't all that impressed. Years later decided to try it again maybe food was better and staff more attentive. Wrong once again. Went in for lunch special, 2 slices and a coke. Absolutely not a single customer in the place. Woman/server with ponytail seemed annoyed. Took forever to heat up the slices. Finally got them with the coke. I was finished with drink same time I was finished with slice. I was trying to make eye contact so that I could get me a refill. She never looked my way in about 15 minutes or asked how things were. Instead she joined her coworker, sitting down, both typing on their phones. One person finally came in to order something. The " waitress" tended to her again never looking my way. She FINALLY saw my drink was empty, literally took one step towards me then must have decided it wasn't worth the effort / walk and sat back down with her coworker and went back to her phone. She didn't realize I saw her do this. After about 15-20 minutes waiting for her to bring me the bill, I'd had enough and just walked to the front and just paid it and left. ( as she never came to me with the check , too busy on phone, once again) I'd hate to see this person if the place was jammed packed, not to mention the poor customers. Somewhere along the way some servers/owners feel they're doing you a favor letting you eat there and taking your money. If you're ever in the mood to get ignored, then this is the place. Good luck to them! I think McDonald's is hiring.
