A dominican restaurant that ran out of sweet plantains and green plantain...so, no maduros or tostones? Food is hit or miss.

Average to less than average in terms of food quality in ambiance nothing in this restaurant reaches out for me to come back. I asked a very specific question about a meal if I could be done without pork she assured me yes it comes back it's full of pork didn't even bat an eyelash Good luck do not recommend it

Ordered a soup to go, when I arrived home it had someone’s hair in it and had pork when I asked for chicken only. No attention to detail. Would not recommend.

I moved from NYC to Fort Lauderdale 2 weeks ago. I wanted to take my sons wife and three grandchildren to an authentic Dominican Restaurant. I’m Dominican. We chosed this one close to me. Few of items we asked were not available, also one fruit drink. I placed order, the waitress not friendly. She gave us two of drinks, we ordered 1, we called her few times never came. We asked for mofongo, made of sweet plantain! Said ok. Never brought, we waited and waited, at end said, we don’t make that’ I asked why you said did! Oh well, she goes. Terrible service many of plates showing on webside don’t have. I asked for manager didn’t have, they offered a piece of cake for inconviebces and error of waitress. I told her NO!
It’s a shame that one goes to eat with family and get such terrible service I don’t recommend

I went there with my wife and 4 kids, obviously this place is not family friendly. I Ordered kids food first(chicken tenders and fries) and it took 20 minutes and our appetizer about 30 minutes, mind you there's only 3 tables in the restaurant. I tried to order Mangu but the waitress said it was made in the morning(sand bagged) so I didn't want that at 8:00pm, so my wife and I ordered mofongo and it took another 40 minutes. My waitress disappeared and i couldn't eat my food cause I didn't have nothing to drink and when she saw that i was upset, then she offered me another drink but I just didn't want anything else cause I was so upset. Then because they include 20% gratuity in parties over 5 people obviously she didn't care about it. Just the worst experience ever, I do not recommend this place at all.

These people know how to cook, they know how to host you and the service is fast, I go there almost every Sunday after church and eat good Dominican food! The owner, Pedro, his daughters, the other girls, they know how to treat you well!

I walked in and stared at the menu on the counter and no one said hello, holla, nothing. Not to mention there was about 3 ladies behind the counter and one was folding forks into napkins but totally ignored me the customer!! I will never come back and these type of places with no knowledge of customer service needs to be closed especially if they don't understand how Americans interact with certain situations.
